Unfortunately my experience with Atlantic Chrysler/Dodge was not a pleasant one. After waiting for the dealer problems created by the cyber attack the past couple of weeks to pass we consummated a sale on a was not a pleasant one. After waiting for the dealer problems created by the cyber attack the past couple of weeks to pass we consummated a sale on a used Pacifica we wanted to buy. The sale was in place as well as the financing and we were to be at the dealership Saturday morning (7/6) at 9:30 to pick it up. We are over 4 hours away from St. Augustine but the trip was worth it as they had a van we had been looking for. This morning I got a text from my salesperson, T.A that the van had been sold this morning in a cash deal. This was a pretty slimy move as they knew we were going on vacation next week and were happy they got past the national dealership cyber attacks. Seems like a pretty unethical way to do business. Shame on you Atlantic Chrysler/Dodge for your underhanded sales tactics. Not cool. R. Buckley More

We couldn’t wait to write a review about Atlantic Dodge Chrysler Jeep in St Augustine and their wonderful employees! I will promise you this —there is absolutely NO need or reason to buy from any othe Chrysler Jeep in St Augustine and their wonderful employees! I will promise you this —there is absolutely NO need or reason to buy from any other car dealership , It was the best experience ever in car shopping! The moment we walked into the showroom we were greeted by Ed Gordon the most kind , courteous and knowledgeable salesman in the business! Upon greeting us we were offered cold drinks and snacks on this very hot day that we appreciated very much! After two very informative helpful and fun hours we were driving away in our new REALLY COOL Jeep Wrangler!
