Service was fantastic. Jen was very nice, attentive to my needs, and provided all information up front. I didn't give a 5-star review because I am still not happy that the Jen was very nice, attentive to my needs, and provided all information up front. I didn't give a 5-star review because I am still not happy that the $200 diagnostic fee was not applied to the work. I can understand paying it if I took my vehicle somewhere else for the repair, but the same shop did the work. For that reason I will not take my Jeep back there. More
