I had decided last year that I wanted a jeep for a weekend and beach car. I went to my local jeep dealer and Mike met me at the door. He was very pleasant and professional. We discussed options and he showed me what was on the lot. I chose the red Wrangler - it was exactly what I wanted. He was very cordial and efficient throughout the process as were other members of the staff and the manager. He went over the jeep's features and helped me learn how to remove, store and then, replace the top and windows and introduced me to the service and parts personnel. In the past, price matches have been done and they service my Mercury and Jeep alike. The mechanics are around back, but do what they can for you too.
