I truly got the sense that they do things a little different than some larger dealers I've dealt with in the past where the sales team is under massive pressure and it shows. Oil change I had my oil changed and tires rotated here. The lube tech did a fantastic job and was I hardly waited. I needed an oil change and a motor for my driver's window I went into the dealership thinking that I needed my a/c recharged, but found out my a/c was just fine. service adviser heard a sound I took my jeep in for 100,000 mi service of spark plugs. I didn't know there was a problem. As the service adviser Joe drove jeep to service dept, h I took my jeep in for 100,000 mi service of spark plugs. I didn't know there was a problem. As the service adviser Joe drove jeep to service dept, he heard a tapping sound which he brought to my attention. They needed the jeep all day to diagnose the engine & found multiple issues. I had an extended warranty & was at 98,000 mi so it had to be used. I was also getting an oil change done, & that's when they found an oil leak & other issues. As a result, I needed to get a rental which turned out to be 2 days. As I run a very busy business with straight clients & no break, Joe really helped me by getting a guy from Hertz at my office right down the road at the only 1/2 hr window I had. It was nice to get another jeep to rent. When I returned the rental, I was able to leave at the dealership. Joe kept me updated about all the issues. There were some minor issues when picking up with other vehicles in front so I couldn't pull out from dealership & leave for my office with clients waiting. The wrong key was also attached to the invoice after I payed. It was all quite stressful, but I just had to laugh at all the confusion & drama of the entire situation being worked around full days of clients. It all worked out in the end, & I'm happy that Joe made it a more pleasant experience as I wouldn't have known a thing wrong. Now all issues have been addressed. More
