Atlantic Dodge Found and Fixed our Problem We had a rattle in the rear of our brand new Dodge Caravan. We went to our local Dealership in Canada. They said that all Caravans with the CVP" pack We had a rattle in the rear of our brand new Dodge Caravan. We went to our local Dealership in Canada. They said that all Caravans with the CVP" package had that rattle because there was not enough insulation in that package. We have had other Dodges fixed at Atlantic before. We decided as soon as we got down to St. Augustine that we would bring it into Atlantic Dodge. They found and fixed the problem immediately. New shocks.. No rattle. In addition to knowing what to do, everyone that we interacted with was very pleasant. Thanks Atlantic Dodge you saved us hearing that loud noise. More

I was in the area of Atlantic and turned in to ask if I could get the service done in FL. My Service advisor Justin said he could get me in immediately. He got me a free rental from Hertz, a Ram pickup, no less. He subsequently noted a possible lifter problem and set up an apt in Feb to repair/replace the problem parts under the warrantee. Strangers? Not anymore! More

I was pleasantly surprised thinking I would spend most of the morning there since I didn’t have an appointment. They were fast and efficient and although the waiting room was full, they were getting the cars done and and getting preople serviced and out of there quickly. Great experience! More
