Better yet, I always get greeted by name by multiple employees, even on a visit for an oil change. This dealership is a 10+ for customer commitment. You should do all of your business here too! Driving back home 1500 miles from Daytona with 3 kids and a van full of junk on a Saturday morning. we only had 2 days to get home. We started having car trouble 30 miles in. No one else could help us. Joe T. in Service was kind and said "we'll get you going, come on in." They inspected the van right away, and relayed 2 major issues. They could fix it but would take 5 hours. One of the guys offered to drop us into Downtown St. Augustine to at least be able to enjoy the day. a bit ealier than expected, they picked us up and our Van was all ready. Under warranty. If they hadn't found the 2nd issue, we likely would have been driving through the mountains in the middle of the night. They were all super friendly, helpful and complete. Job was done, van was clean and we were back on the road. Far later than planned, but at least we made it home on time. Great Service. Thanks! More

And they mounteded and balanced reasonably too so I'm out the door for $896 versus $1000. So theres the chance on certain tires you can save. And everyone was pleasant and waiting room clean and comfortable. More

Excellent Car Buying Experience! 5 years ago I purchased a new 2014 Jeep Patriot from this dealership; I had an exemplary experience then, and an even better experience when buying my 5 years ago I purchased a new 2014 Jeep Patriot from this dealership; I had an exemplary experience then, and an even better experience when buying my new 2019 Jeep Cherokee Lariat. Upon entering the car lot on Saturday evening, February 23rd at approximately 6:45, we were greeted by Armen Difilippo, who was eager to understand our desired vehicle and features, as well as our budget concerns. Because the dealership was closing imminently, Armen promised he would have our proposed vehicles ready at 9:30 AM the next morning when we intended to return. He was polite, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and honest. After test driving the vehicle the next morning, we fell in love with the Jeep and committed to the purchase. Since the dealership did not have the color I wanted to stock, Armen promised to have the vehicle I requested brought from another dealership by Monday. When I arrived on Monday, my paperwork was prepared, my sparkly black jeep was waxed and ready to go, and my exemplary car salesman was ready to hand me my keys. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience! More

Fair, reasonable, helpful...dare to say even caring---these guys were great. We told Armen on the way out that we'd be back and we will---dealerships and people like this deserve business. We drove 70+ miles, were in and out in 45 minutes and on our way to the beach to grab fish tacos before heading back to Gainesville. Never thought buying a car would be as much fun as yesterday turned out to be.
