Horrible customer service! !! Went in for a check engine light situation, and I happen to be still under certified preowned warranty But Steve and the service manager, Goodwin T !! Went in for a check engine light situation, and I happen to be still under certified preowned warranty But Steve and the service manager, Goodwin Told me “They have been burned before by warranty companies”, and it is too difficult to reach out to the Volkswagen Warranty To confirm that I did, in fact have extended warranty on my vehicle for the maintenance needed. They tried to blame it on the dealership that I purchased the vehicle from stating that they made an error on the extended warranty policy. I was charged for the diagnostic testing that should’ve been covered, and instead of Trying to make it right and offer an apology that they made the error they tried to Lie and stated that their warranty assessor fixed the issue that the dealership where I purchased vehicle made. So unimpressed with the lack of ownership and overall customer service. I will NEVER come back here again! More

I brought my 2023 Grand Cherokee in for a scheduled oil change under warranty. I noticed I had a low tire air pressure indicator had gone off that morning. When Not only did They will change the oil and fi change under warranty. I noticed I had a low tire air pressure indicator had gone off that morning. When Not only did They will change the oil and filters under warranty, They also discovered the low tire pressure was from a nail in the tire and replaced it at no cost. Thank you. More

When we picked up the car, we asked the person if there were any discount to be had and he said he didn't know of any, but there was a coupon on their website. It would have been great to get some kind of discount. 3. They don't seem to want to give discounts. An example of this is that there is a notice posted at the window where you pay saying you needed to show a coupon/discount before your service or else you couldn't use it. But this window/this notice does not face the desks where you initially check in. Shouldn't it be there? More
