As much as Nick Sciarrotto is a great salesman and Helpful the dealer ship has nothing to boast about. Terrible Service department even for Warranty work. Leave your car for an oil change? Service visit fiasco & dealer apathy I had a recent bad experience with their service dept. I brought my '18 Camaro I bought from them in for the one-year service. I told them to do the I had a recent bad experience with their service dept. I brought my '18 Camaro I bought from them in for the one-year service. I told them to do the NYS inspection. They failed to do so. I picked it up @ night and didn't realize until I got a ticket. I called to get it in ASAP since it had an expired sticker and asked to be compensated for the ticket. The soonest they would give me an appointment was one week (I can't drive the car!) and they told me tough luck on the ticket. This is how they value their customers. Customer Service sucks. I'd give them a Zero if I could. They've lost me as a customer for life. More

My car has been brought to them for service 4x! It is a brand new car! Each time they didn't fix what was wrong with it! 3x they never even looked at it, they just kept it all day and didn't do anything. I lost 3 days from work while they had my car and didn’t look at it. The service manager had the audacity to ask if I could take ANOTHER day off work! Seriously?! I have been a Chevy owner my whole life but I am officially done. I would never buy or lease a car from them. Pathetic customer service! They are the absolute worst. And I only gave one star bc I couldn't post this without one. They should have minus 100 stars! The absolute worst company! More
Horrible service department I purchased my car in May of 2018. In September my signal wasn’t working right so I brought the car in for service. It was the the start of the wors I purchased my car in May of 2018. In September my signal wasn’t working right so I brought the car in for service. It was the the start of the worst service ever! MY car was damaged numerous times by the service department. Since this time I have dealt with more people because it seems people come and go there often. Atlantic really needs to step up their training and make sure things like this do not happen. My car has been several times and each time something new was damaged. Such a shame! More

For instance, Ricard Maggio insisted i was in need of a engine and cabin filter replacements. That they were extremely dirty and hindering the cars performance. He then suggested if money was an issue. He could offer up some coupons to assist with the cost. Would bring the total cost down to a little less than $300. I declined and went and purchased the replacement filters myself. Only to find out that the engine filter WAS NOT EVEN SLIGHTLY DIRTY. DID NOT NEED CHANGING. The cabin filter was slightly dirty but could have gone another 6 months before replacing. Cost for both filters. $25.00 online at Auto Zone with free sameday pickup. More
