We were immediately greeted when we entered the dealership. We first spoke wiht Jeff who handed us off to Michael. Michael is one of the most knowlegable inviduals I have ever met. We were there for quite a while and Michael was very patient and helpful through the entire process. Your entire team; from Will in Finance to the young men who prepped the car for us were so helpful and friendly. I have not had good experiences at other dealerships in the past; but this was the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Hats off to Jeff, Michael and the rest of the team at Atlantic. When our lease on our new Equinox is up; we will be back to hopefully purchase our new vehicle. More

I purchased a used car from Atlantic Chevy/Used Cars recently and never thought I would be writing something like this. Two days after buying the car I noticed a residue in the coolant reservoir. I brought it in for service and they "flushed" the radiator for me. Not only didn't that work, but when I brought it to another repair shop they said it couldn't be "flushed" due to so much material clogging the radiator and replaced it. The radiator is fine now. I called the sales manager to complain and he said he would call me back. That was two months ago. Since then a leak developed due to a bad "freeze out plug". I have had that fixed. NOT at Atlantic. I can't help but wonder if the stuff in the radiator was there to seal and hide the freeze out plug leak. I have given up on Atlantic. I would not buy from them or any of their associated dealers. More

This is the second car that I have leased/purchased from Neal and I plan on getting another car from him when my wife’s car is up. My experience with Robert Imber was phenomenal. I initially went to the dealership for an SUV type of vehicle. When I discovered that the numbers didn't work for myself, budget wise, I decided agains initially went to the dealership for an SUV type of vehicle. When I discovered that the numbers didn't work for myself, budget wise, I decided against a purchase. Robert was understanding but mentioned that I did have options that carried favorable rebates that may work better for my budget. I am very glad that he showed me my options and really worked hard to negotiate a price that was workable within my budget, but allowed me the amenities that I was looking for in a car. I drove off the lot feeling that I actually have the car that I wanted, and needed, as opposed to simply having the car that I needed. Thanks again to the overall phenomenal experience Robert provided. I will recommend my family and friends to look for Robert when ready to purchase. More
