I was initially greeted by Mr. Keith Mauer, Sales Manager of Atlantic Chevrolet who introduced me to Mr. Neal Diamond of the Sales Dept. These gentlemen treated me and my wife with the utmost respect and concern for what type of vehicle we needed. We were shown several vehicles and settled on a 2013 Chevrolet Cruse LT. From then on , the entire purchase process was handled with professionalism and courtesy by Mr Mauer and Mr. Diamond. I must also commend Mr. Ray Sanchez, Finance Mgr. of Atlantic Chevrolet for his assistance in making the finance process a painless one. I was sent in to see Keith Mauer in the used car department. Keith reviewd all our specific needs and put us into the perfect car. After doing some research on the price of the car, it was priced ac department. Keith reviewd all our specific needs and put us into the perfect car. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle it was prepped and ready for delivery, all the paper work was in place which made delivery even easier. The vehicle was cleaned to perfection and Keith went over all the features with use on the vehicle. I would highly recommend the dealership to other customers for future purchases. More

My husband was checking to make sure certain things on the SUV worked and the salesman lost his patience during the short process. We felt rushed, pressured and felt very uncomfortable the time we walked inside. We were told 20K the price was at the moment, but this Jose guy was so busy talking about how he enjoys salsa so much that apparently he forgot he was trying to sell a car because he said he could get them down to 18K no problem. We live not even 2 minutes from the dealership so when we got home, we wanted to check out the specs and such online, well, I looked the price up right away and online it was for 16990. As we called this terrible salemen the next day, he said excuse after excuse. My husband is in the armed forces and the manager was quite offensive to myself, I dont know about my husband, but to me, I wanted to tell him a thing or two, this guy I call big bird because he is a spitting image of the character. We than didn't want to do business with these poor businessmen, than they continued trying to pressure us by calling and lowering the price, but the most offensive part was that they tried telling us they had to add transportation fees onto a used car and other xx fees. What kind of a dealership adds fees on of such nature? I'm sorry, but I'm an intelligent woman and my husband and I were so offended that we will never go back to Atlantic Chevrolet in Bay Shore, NY!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO BRIGHT BAY LINCOLN WHICH IS JUST WEST ON SUNRISE HIGHWAY FOR YOUR CAR, THEY ARE THE MOST HONEST DEALERSHIP I'VE EVER DEALT WITH, AND THAT IS WHERE WE BOUGHT OUR CAR FROM!! I had been to Atlantic Chevrolet several times over the summer for an ongoing service issue with my Saturn VUE Hybrid. Dennis Keehner worked tirelessly for months to resolve the many issues that my car ha summer for an ongoing service issue with my Saturn VUE Hybrid. Dennis Keehner worked tirelessly for months to resolve the many issues that my car had. I never once felt that he (or Tim, who became my 'designated service technician') was giving the ongoing problems any less than 100% of their effort. Dennis continuously went way above and beyond the norm to help me get back on the road. He treated me, not like another customer, but like a friend. When I finally decided to move on to another car (probably months later than I should have), Dennis again took great care of me, by introducing me to Robert Imber in sales. My nervousness in purchasing a new Chevy Equinox was quickly relieved; Robert made me incredibly comfortable, answered my many questions, and took great care of me. Again, I didn't feel like 'just another customer', and Robert was not 'just another salesman trying to make a sale'. Robert took great care in answering any of my concerns. I came in response to a Newsday advert for a $64/mo. lease deal on a 2012 Cruze LT1. I first dealt w/ Andrew Dole, who turned me over to salesperson, Ahmed Elfar. After a brief review of the car's features, my son (18-yrs old) and I went on a test drive w/ Ahmed. As it turned out, I was not qualified for the lease (my credit score was 10 points too low). We worked on several alternate deals, but I was not willing to take on the higher purchase payments and decided not to buy at this time. In any event, throughout the two day process, Ahmed could not have been more patient, helpful and professional. Since 2005, I have been involved in no less than 7 car leases/purchases, both new and used and my experience w/ Ahmed and Atlantic Chevrolet was one of if not THE best overall experience I have had. If the opportunity came up, I would not hesitate to recommend him and the dealership. In fact, I am going to take my 2003 Impala to their service dept. - about 25 miles out of my way - next time it needs work to see how they do.
