When my son went into the dealership to shop for a car (Cadillac Escalade) he was approached by salesman Mr. Jimmy Z who my son instantly made a connection with. He was then introduced to Mr. Keith Mauer who was very professional and at the same time very sincere and caring to my sons needs and financial situation. He took the time to talk with him and then sit down again with my husband and I and explain all the details again from the beginning. Never did we feel pressured or pushed into a sale like most dealerships do.. It was a few days before Christmas and I must say that we went to another dealership prior to our visit to Atlantic in Bayshore and the customer service between the two dealers was unbelievable. Not once did we feel rushed or pushed away when we said we just needed time to take in all the details before buying the car... The next day we went in to see Keith and bought the car.. Keith took care of us and asked if there was anything else we needed or questions still to be answered. He assured my son that if for any reason he felt there was a problem or question with anything we were to contact him.. Went many times to look for a Tahoe or an Escalade and received 0 attention and even once was told that we could not afford the vehicle when we could have paid cash that day. Careless but will have to admit the price they gave me for an SRX was not terrible they went down $11,000 but would not buy from Atlantic due to their issues and will never buy from them I will stick with Paul Conte Cadillac and King O'Rourke. JUST BOUGHT A USED CADILLAC ESCALADE FROM ATLANTIC CHEVY DEALT WITH KEITH MAUER AND PAT TURTURRO THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. THE VEHICLE I BOUGHT WAS JUST IN OFF TRADE AND THEY WERE ABLE TO GET IT READY FOR ME I DEALT WITH KEITH MAUER AND PAT TURTURRO THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. THE VEHICLE I BOUGHT WAS JUST IN OFF TRADE AND THEY WERE ABLE TO GET IT READY FOR ME IN ONE DAY. THEY EVEN TOOK AN ADDITIONAL 500.00 OFF THE PRICE AFTER IN WENT THROUGH THE SERVICE DEPT. Currently an Audi owner and happy with my experience, I originally intended to purchase a certified pre-owned Audi A4. Having researched both the 2012 and 2013 models on the internet, I became torn after originally intended to purchase a certified pre-owned Audi A4. Having researched both the 2012 and 2013 models on the internet, I became torn after reading that the 2013 model may provide slightly more mpg since I put a significant amount of mileage from NY to NJ. I discovered a fully loaded 2012 Audi with less than 10000 mles and a fabulous price and drove from Manhattan to Long Island to meet with Keith Mauer. Keith was recommended by two previous buyers. As wonderful as the car was, I told Keith about my requirements. As much as he could have gotten credit selling me the 2012 model, he felt I would be more happy with a 2013 model that met all my requirements. Keith escortd me to the Atlantic Audi dealer and introduced me to Eric Outcalt. Keith stayed with me throughout the process and even kept my guests, who I dragged with me, entertained while Eric helped me through the purchasing process for a new Audi. I was totally impressed by Keith's commitment to ensure the customer is happy even if the purchase is not in his area as well as his complete selfless dedication to his company. In addition, Atlantic is a very competitive dealer and one worth driving a distance to ensure you have the best deal. Paul was extremely helpful in describing how the sale would progress and how the car would be delivered. The only glitch was when a check had gone missing after delivery to Atlantic Chev. Paul calmed the situation when I was not exactly happy about that. He quickly returned my call within 30 or so minutes to tell me that all was well and that the check had been found.
