I was not pleased with the overall service at this dealership (ATLANTIC CHEVROLET CADILLAC). I brought the SRX WITHOUT financing the car at all. I was not given the proper service and although I have dealership (ATLANTIC CHEVROLET CADILLAC). I brought the SRX WITHOUT financing the car at all. I was not given the proper service and although I have the SUV, I was and still am not happy with the way I was treated by Paul. I will NOT recommend anyone to purchase anything from this dealership. I am very disappointed. Also When I called last Wednesday Feb28,13 The receptionist was VERY rude when I asked her for her name she told me "none of my business and hung up the phone). Chris Maninnno was our salesman and he was kind and most cooperative to our needs of a used cts. Dee Zarick could not of been more helpful and resourceful in getting our loan and explaining every aspect of our coverage and benefits pertaining to the automobile we purchased. Tim Murphy was also helpful during the process. At any time no one was ever pushy or overbearing throughout our experience of purchasing the car. otherwise we would have walked out. after the bad experience at chevolet of huntington chris the general manager of atlantic chevolet (the parent company) had the 2011 avalanche that i wanted to buy brought down to atlantic chevolet and honor the general manager of atlantic chevolet (the parent company) had the 2011 avalanche that i wanted to buy brought down to atlantic chevolet and honored the deal i tried to make with chevolet of huntington. they even had the salesman brenden powell there to make my wife & i as comfortable with the sale as possible the truck was cleaned and readyfo us even the tank was filled up. The atmosphere at this dealership pleasent with everyone wanting us to have a great customer experience all of are question were answered I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. In December 2012, I purchased a car for my son from Paul Coppola at Atlantic Chevrolet pre-owned car division after having lost 3 cars during Hurricane Sandy. I went in thinking I was going to get the "hard core sales." I was so pleasantly surprised. Paul was a great car salesman. He is friendly, he listens, he does not use high pressure sales and made me feel very confidently informed. I also needed to purchase another car for myself. for some insane reason- I didn't want a Chevy. I wanted a Kia or a Jeep. After doing many days at many other dealerships and hearing the bologna that comes out of their mouths, I became very stressed out. In the back of my head all I could think was....Paul was very kind and informative. Paul said he would give me a good deal if i bought another car from him. My son is very happy with his car from Chevy. One day, Paul and I agreed to meet on his day off to look at an Equinox. On the way there, I stopped at a Kia dealership to take one last look at a Sorrento. It was a mistake because i became very confused. When I arrived to meet Paul I expected he would be upset because I confessed that I stopped in to a Kia dealership on the way- and now I was very confused. Another salesperson would have been mad and offended because I did that and made him come in on his day off. All I can say is that even though the Kia deal was good- I stayed with Paul and bought the 2012 Equinox. Now I am super happy I did. Overall- both car experiences with Paul from Atlantic Chevy was awesome! I highly recommend his services. More

We were able to come in and leave the same day with a new car that was exactly what we were looking for. We were helped through the whole financing process by very courteous, educated, informative staff and we were made comfortable and offerred refreshments while in the waiting room. Our salesman was very thorough and informative in going through all of the features on our new car and made sure we were comfortable with all instructions. He also went as far as to invite us to call or come in anytime to go over anything we had questions about. I would definitely recommend Atlantic Chevrolet to anyone looking for a new car. More
All I can say is wow! I had done my checking and knew I wanted a Chevy Cruze. I went to a dealership near my home and it seemed like they didnt want to be bothered with me. I then went to another Chevy dealership and the salesman was very nice but wanted me to take what he had and not what I wanted. I then went to Atlantic Chevy(the place I was told to stay away from) I was greeted with a smile by Bob.He then spent more time asking me what I wanted and explaining the features and options than the other 2 dealers combined.Bob then insisted I test drive the 2 different models to compare them and see what I was getting for my money. Then we sat down and negotiated.I got the deal I wantedand drove my new car home that day! I highly recommend Atlantic Chevrolet.Go and see Bob he is the friendliest least pressurizing salesman I have ever come across.Charming and witty too! And very very knowledgable I detest car shopping but this was actually a fun experience.Oh and Lisa is a doll.I am completley satisfied!!! More
My fiance had a terrible experience with a used 2004 Silverado he traded in his vehicle for at Huntington Chevy. It was in and out of their service department a total of four times within the four month Silverado he traded in his vehicle for at Huntington Chevy. It was in and out of their service department a total of four times within the four months he had the car, twice because the drive shaft blew off the truck! Every time we were stonewalled and promised things that never happened, including that he would be "taken out of that truck, and put in a newer better one" that wouldn't risk his life every other day. Eventually we gave up hope until he was contacted by Vinny from Atlantic Chevy who finally resolved the issue for us. The final incident occurred when the entire brake system failed on the 2004 Silverado and he had previously been on the phone with Vinny all day figuring out when to bring it in to Atlantic Chevy's service department. Vinny spoke with my fiance and arranged for a tow from Smithtown to Huntington Chevy and promised Jason a loaner pickup truck. Huntington Chevy's Service Department of course dropped the ball on the loaner again but within a week Vinny was able to put Jason in a 2009 Silverado with only 20,000 miles on it for close to the same payments Jason was making on the 2004 with 90,000 miles. We are ecstatic with our "new" truck and very grateful to Vinny (and Brandon from Huntington Chevy) for FINALLY making this right to us. We greatly appreciate it. More
I was able to check their inventory on-line before visiting the dealership. When i got there I saw a great selection of CPO vehicles. Paul called me a few days after I picked up the car just to make sure that my expectation were met. Asked me to hold on to his cell number in case i had any questions. Overall it was a great car buying experience. I've already told friend and family; Atlantic Auto Group is a great place to shop for a car. More
