We will never call you back or fix any problems I purchased a car from this dealer and was happy with the truck I got. I noticed the radio did not work and the truck only had one key. He told the manager Keith about it and I was told not a problem. A month and change go by and still no radio after numerous calls. I finally got the radio and key after I told them they had till a certain day and then I would have my lawyer involved. Now I notice that my paper work shows a charge or 2,500 for a warranty that I was told was being thrown in. I also have the factory warranty for 3 years. The warranty they sold me will expire before the factory warranty. I called and spoke to Keith and Tim and even went to the top and spoke with Ron. Ron said no problem and said it will be done. Well it is two months and still no money. I have called and called and get the run around. I finally get Ray the finance guy who did the deal and he gets on cursing and I said look did you return my money and he says sure and hangs up. Well I wait for a week and a half still nothing so I call Ron the guy on top and was told he will call me back still no call back.. I will now pursue a different path to get my money back. When you buy from this group look everything over and check the car out really good. Stay away from this place. More

Horrible Customer Service Had a service here got a loaner car and two men showed up to my house claiming we stole the loaner because THEY misplaced the paperwork. Then received a call they would be able to get me out of my lease 2 yrs early if I showed up in the next hour which I did to a "manager" and sales rep who had better things to do and insulted myself and my husband by saying "I'm done with you!" Rude and unprofessional to say the least and were marking the car up by $10k. I would not even send my enemy to these crooks. More

Silly me allowed myself to get up-sold into services which ran into nearly a thousand dollars. Problem was, the services I brought the car in for got neglected. Had an issue with a tire warning, dropped it off and told them to take their time with the car, because my schedule does not permit me to be out and around often. They had the car 8 days, and when I went to pick the car up it had a flat tire. The servicemen ran around trying to find a 'tech' to fix the situation, but it was 5:30pm so no luck for me. I was told that I could come back first thing the next day. Meanwhile, they have techs that can't figure out what a flat tire is. Makes me wonder if they even looked at the tires themselves, or just the computer. Did ZERO to alleviate their staff's laziness. Just a come back and we'll REALLY do it this time.... what a joke. Hopefully a couple more people named murphy sign on to round out their score here. More

Dont do business here. Every time I HAVE TO take my car to this dealership I feel that my business is not appreciated at all. Its always an horrible experience. No one give you a time of day and no one cares about your vehicles or customer service. I had my transmission replaced on my Saturn Vue, Agreed on the price and the total "damage" was $700 than the agreed price... When the car was delivered after 2 weeks in their shop was filthy in and out. After spending $5K you figured that they would do anything for you... well I asked for a loaner on day 1, I was told that I would receive a call back with a car, never got that. I was told that I would be picked up if needed from the station, that never happened either. Overall if you buy a car from these guys or you get any service done on your vehicle after the warranty expires you better stay far away from this place... Its cheaper to get rid of your car. I am kicking my self for not scrapping it and sell the vehicle for parts.... but I still owed money on it and I felt I had no options. Be warned. More

The epitome of used car salesman Bought a "certified preowned vehicle" from this dealer. The price wasn't that great but also wasn't bad for what they told me the vehicle was and wher Bought a "certified preowned vehicle" from this dealer. The price wasn't that great but also wasn't bad for what they told me the vehicle was and where it came from. I was told it was owned by by a single owner who had a lot of money and just bought new models every two years. After I purchased the vehicle I go to use the windshield washers when I get home and they don't work. I also notice a slight pulsation in the brakes. The salesman said he was going to have the car detailed for me when I picked it up and also this wasn't done. I found when I got home, crust on center console, gum and wrappers in center console compartment. The salesman had also promised to fix a broken sunglasses compartment before we picked up the vehicle. This was not done but he said he would order the part. All of these things are on the 172 point inspection that they are supposed to be done. After finding all of this I am pretty sure they did no such inspection. I called GM and they agreed , but said I would have to bring it back to the same dealer to get it reinspected and fixed. I now researched more on this vehicle and found it was a rental car from hertz (more lies from the salesman). I bring the car back with my complaints and tell them to fix them and redo the inspection. Well they fixed the problems I found (the pulsation was from warped rotors) and not surprisingly they found no other problems. When i asked if I could see an inspection report the service manager said he didn't know if they made one (probably not reinspected). Then after 7 days of owning the vehicle the 3 month trial of satellite radio turns off. The problems are never ending with this vehicle and their sales practices are predatory, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. I was warned from others before I bought from this dealer and i should have listened. More
