I made a Bad Deal - Very disappointed in Dealership I don't usually do things like this but I can't hold it in any longer. Tom and I went to go look at a new car. The sales rep was very nice and eager t I don't usually do things like this but I can't hold it in any longer. Tom and I went to go look at a new car. The sales rep was very nice and eager to make a sale. Unfortunately it went downhill from there. 1st I was never given a price for the car but was told there is no wiggle room for negotiation on the price. 2nd nobody was able to tell me the value of the trade-in. Everyone was passing the buck but nobody around to give any answers. 3rd the fees they add on to the price we're outrageous and no negotiating that either. Over $3,000 in fees added to my financed amount 4th the only numbers they were willing to give me were the numbers for financing at the very end monthly payment. 5th I was told I needed to speak with the finance manager in order to get the deal the way I wanted it. When I got to the dealership I was there for over 4 hours waiting to speak to the finance manager as he finalized the paperwork. Never had the opportunity to speak with him about the deal. He just did it. 6th they had already taken the plates off of my car before the paperwork was even signed before I knew what I was getting myself into 7th I told the sales rep if anything was being rolled into the new loan from my old car there was no deal. That did not happen I was not given an option. They rolled over $2,000 in to my new loan. I could have sold my car privately and gotten at least $2,000 more than what they gave me. By the time all was said and done and I sat there for over 4 hours I was beat down and unable to do any type of negotiating because they already had everything done. I would never ever recommend anyone go to this dealership as they are basically thieves. Yes I did get the car that I wanted and it is very beautiful and I love it but I could have tried to find it elsewhere and gotten a better deal then what they gave me but the deal was done basically without my approval I even told the finance guy when I left I wanted to go home and throw up because I was so disgusted with the deal they gave me. About a week ago I ran into one of my neighbors who told me she also bought a vehicle from this dealership and she has reported them to everyone that she can as she was also very taken advantage of in her deal. She also overpaid by thousands of dollars. It's disgusting how car dealers take advantage of others especially women. I have seen the post of my vehicle that they now have on their lot and they have listed it for over $5,000 more than then what they gave me for my trade in Rant over. Steer clear of Atlantic Chevrolet in Bayshore The only way I will recant my feelings is if someone from Atlantic Chevrolet calls me to arrange some sort of financial resolution that I can be satisfied with. More

New Car! Great Experience! My lease matured in October and my Husband and I were on a hunt for a new vehicle. We had been to about 4 other dealerships prior to Atlantic Chevy and with each visit I felt more and more discouraged. Well that all changed at Atlantic Chevy! Bill was wonderful to work with. He was honest and we felt very comfortable with him. He has a great sense of humor too! Bill got me into exactly the vehicle that I wanted. First & Last time dealing with a dealership. Ads are deceptive, salesmen are typical fast-talking schmoozers, promising the world, Ad for an advertised price of $18,450.00 and we wound up financi Ads are deceptive, salesmen are typical fast-talking schmoozers, promising the world, Ad for an advertised price of $18,450.00 and we wound up financing $25,000+, after a $6800.00 deposit! They had kept us there for hours ( I discovered this was a common practice to get people so frustrated they'll sign anything just to get out of there) and we wound up paying $3370.00 for a "warranty" (limited, and there was a deductible for each service) and "tire & wheel " coverage that cost $1290.00 that was extremely limited, and emergency road service I can get through AAA for $60 a year........ Do yourself a favor and watch The Chevy Dude" on youtube before opening yourself up to any of these scams. Also, receptionists need customer service training, salesmen need to take care of their customers and not leave the building, and "Ryan"? needs to be less condescending to people who call with an issue. Just be warned. More
