She did most of the leg work before I arrived and I was in and out quickly. Fastest lease I ever did. She was very patient and informative through the whole process. She has been the best sales person I have ever dealt with. She was Helpful, friendly and wanted to be sure that I truly liked the car before leasing. I bought a 2017 Silverado had transmission concern took the vehicle there 4 times they couldn’t fix it end up opening up consumer affair case , dealership end up sending me to local transmission shop Beca the vehicle there 4 times they couldn’t fix it end up opening up consumer affair case , dealership end up sending me to local transmission shop Because I guess they don’t have any good auto technician local shop end up putting valve body in told me to drive 500 miles I put 500 miles still have the same problem... service staff has no respect for for customers only one person at the dealership was nice to me and he helped a lot thanks to jim Coogan he was very nice other than that worst dealership I ever came across More

Great experience I went into Chevy bec my lease was up on my Traverse. Bill was great . Took us out for a test ride in the new Traverse LT .
