No where for patrons to park. Waited two hours for the finance part of the purchase. The place had garbage on floor bathrooms gross needs updating. Originally had appointment to test drive a car spoke with person to confirm. Arrived at dealership asking for person but other sales people approaching. Finally had the person on phone come to speak with us only to find out she only does the phone part of sale. But she told us to ask for her when we arrive. The car to be test driven was behind five other cars to be moved out of the way. It was just chaos. Extremely disorganized.
