Terrible experience My experience with the dealer was terrible. I found a car of my interest on dealers website for an advertised internet price. I called the dealer to v My experience with the dealer was terrible. I found a car of my interest on dealers website for an advertised internet price. I called the dealer to verify the availability and price. I took a day off at work to go buy the car and went ahead to buy the car. I wanted to pay with cash but the dealer convinced me into financing. After checking my score the dealer came to me with monthly payments almost twice as it should be and a very high interest rate, he tries to convince me that this is the lowest I can get (just to add he offered 7.8% and I just got a loan for 2.08%)...When I tried to calculate how did he came up with monthly payments that high he told me that it is not possible to calculate. He insisted that the additional 100% more from the advertised price is just interest charges. I got confused and told the dealer to show me the purchase order and list all the prices and fees but he refused and said that he is not able to do it before I apply for the loan. It looked shady to me that he does not want to show me the fees and pushes me into getting into a blank deal. I told them that I am going to come with cash tomorrow and buy it for the advertised price. The next day I came to buy the car. At the entry the sales person asked if I am ready to close the deal - I said yes and I have the cash ready, he told me to wait. After waiting over an hour I asked someone if they are going to help me out. Over half an hour later the sales person came to me and said that the car is sold. I asked for a manager because the car was still in the lot and as I wrote before they were asking if I am ready to buy it. They told me that it was sold few hours ago. I felt hard done by the dealer and got out of there in a heartbeat, on the way to my car the finance manager called me and my spouse very rude word. The next day I got a phone call that they are following up if I am still interested in buying the car and it is still available, when I said yes and gave them my name they hung up. I got the same phone call the following day as well. This shows that they were lying that the car is sold. The car was still advertised. They wanted to rip me off for almost twice the car price and they refused to tell about all the fees, better, they were insisting that its just interest rate. The costumer service from my experience was terrible all the way. I never want to deal with that dealer again. More

On 01/14/17 I visited Atlantic Audi to purchase a pre-owned A4 that was listed and confirmed as available, but the time of my arrival, I was told it w On 01/14/17 I visited Atlantic Audi to purchase a pre-owned A4 that was listed and confirmed as available, but the time of my arrival, I was told it was actually sold, it happens. I was presented with another option, 2014 A4, low mileage, took it for a test drive, I liked the car, price, etc. I shook hands with Richard Healy on the deal, left a deposit on the car and was congratulated on a new purchase. Few days go by, I notice a credit inquiry on my credit report by Atlantic Audi, YES I left my information with the dealership, however I was told nothing will be checked until I speak with Finance manager. I received no answers after multiple attempts to contact the dealership. On 01/17/17 I received a phone call from Richard Healy, who stated to me that the car I left a deposit on has been SOLD and he does not have any explanations as to what transpired or why or who checked my credit without my permission. SHADY PRACTICES, I know why this car was sold, Atlantic Audi found a poor soul with less than stellar credit report and took that person for a ride so they can nickel and dime unsuspected buyers. IF I BECOME A VICTIM OF IDENTITY THEFT, ATLANTIC AUDI WILL BE MY FIRST SUSPECT, DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU HAVE AN EXCELLENT CREDIT, GO TO A RESPECTABLE DEALER. THE WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE IN 20 YEARS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT EXISTS Would not negotiate price of car. Did not disclose prior work done on vehicle before purchase. Did not disclose engine recall! I know am dealing with engine oil consumption issues where it burns through oil every 2500 miles. They told me audio corporate has approved an engine rebuild and to bring the car in and pick up a loaner. They tell me the parts are in. I show up, took the day off work, drove from manhattan and they say no parts are here and have no clue about my appointment or my issue. We call next day and they are redoing the sameeeeeeee oil consumption test they already did. Clueless, no communication and Horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. You will ensure endless headache and they change managers by the month so you can never get your issue solved. I don't know how this place is in business. More
