If I felt any stress at all it was truly a stress that was created from my own beliefs about the hassle of buying a car and all that comes with it, but Atlantic provided me with a new template when buying a car. Now I am enjoying my purchase because of the positive experience and I am already looking forward to my next purchase. Great experience. Ask for Cesar! I bought a pre-owned car from Atlantic Audi in April 2017. I waited 3 months before posting this to make sure the car didn't have any issues (it did n I bought a pre-owned car from Atlantic Audi in April 2017. I waited 3 months before posting this to make sure the car didn't have any issues (it did not). My salesperson was Cesar Sandoval and he was great. We also dealt with his manager, Rich Healey and he was very easy to work with and delivered on his promise. The main promise was that they would remove some scuff marks on the bumper as well as some minor dings before we agreed to purchase the car. They literally removed the bumper and completely repainted and clear coated it. They also gave my wife a nice Audi loaner for two days when the work was being done. We picked up the car and it was like brand new. At no point in this process did we feel pressured, scammed, or mistreated in any way. Both Cesar and Rich were first rate and I would recommend buying a car from Atlantic Audi to my closest friends and family. Thanks Atlantic Audi for the great experience! Eric More

Warning! Cars on lot without Title Saw a used car I liked online, went to the dealer to look and eventually made an offer. I asked them to fix the rims because they had pretty bad curb Saw a used car I liked online, went to the dealer to look and eventually made an offer. I asked them to fix the rims because they had pretty bad curb rash, which they agreed to have done the next evening and then I could pick it up the following afternoon. They also indicated that they could match the interest rate I was preapproved for from a private bank. Needless to say, the car was not ready the next afternoon and we had to reschedule for Friday evening after work. I took time off of work, was all ready to go and they called an hr before our appointment to tell me they could not match my rate. Rather than using their financing at a higher rate I had to secure my own loan which was a 2 hr process, again last minute and unplanned. I finically make it to the dealer with all paperwork in hand ready to sing the paperwork and get home to my family. After waiting another hour or so while the salesman tried making another deal with other customers and walking right by me, he sat down with me to say that they didn't even have the title to the vehicle that I wanted to buy. About 4 days after I left the deposit, they realized they didn't even technically own the car. It is now 7pm on a Friday, and the salesman is getting into an argument with me about how it wasn't his job to get the title and someone else must've messed up. Said there's nothing he can do and we will have to wait to complete the transaction. I held my temper and never made a scene, but I wantes to share my experience so that everyone else knows that this dealer (the whole Atlantic company I am coming to find out) is poorly run, Mis-managed, and the employees take no ownership in their role in the sales process. You cannot say "it not my fault" to a customer When you are representing your company when an error was made. Period. More
