My first and last Audi experience I purchased my first Audi s5 at Atlantic Audi of West Islip . I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The the car salesman failed to build a working rapport with me. He was distant and I got the impression that he felt he was wasting his time with me. So imagine my shock and disgust when I saw that the customer survey was filled out - something I didn’t do. Is this common or acceptable behavior for Audi employees? I expressed my concern to the finance manager, but I am not sure if anything came of that. My disappointment particularly comes from the lack of respect and effort during my experience. I was looking forward to my purchase and the entire experience has turned me off from Audi as a whole. I will not be a repeat customer. More

this place is a scam . Beware! I spent 4000 for an extended warranty. So far- nothing covered. Every time i come here I spend between $ 1200-1400 to fix my car. Not good I've been going to this dealership to have my Audi A4 2002 fixed for several years now. I've had some good experiences and some okay experiences. Unfo I've been going to this dealership to have my Audi A4 2002 fixed for several years now. I've had some good experiences and some okay experiences. Unfortunately I have to say this was one of the more disappointing experiences. I put my car in on 12/22/17 because the heat was coming out luke warm. I advised the advisor I had just had work done on my car at Audi of Huntington and they said the heater core may be clogged but I did not have the work done because they had just did a big oil leak job for me. I still had an appointment with your dealership that I had previously made for a window regulator..but I could not wait 3 weeks for an appointment with a loaner and figured I would just keep the appointment and let your dealership fix the heat. Dan Derby assisted me and I have to say I was surprised that the loaner car assigned to me was dirty..but that was not an issue. I explained to Dan that I believe the heater core may be clogged and that I had just had a brand new one installed 3 years ago from your dealership. I received a call from Dan I believe on 12/29/17 and he advised that the mechanic is recommending that I replace the water pump..thermostat..j plug..and a few other pieces totaling about $2300.00. I advised him I just had a big oil leak job done and was not looking to spend that for heat..and that I've already had 2 water pumps done on my car and one as recent as a couple of years ago..and..I was not experiencing any symptoms related to a bad water pump. He then talked to the mechanic and said a coolant flush..j plug..and thermostat should suffice for now so I approved the work even though I was not planning on spending $834.00 to have this done. I didn't hear from Dan for over a week and he the called and told me the mechanic is now saying I need a new heater core and they can do it for $1100.00! I told him why was the first method of troubleshooting not trying to flush the heater core? I mean I mentioned that to him when I initially brought the car there and if you search the internet you know that is a common probelm with these cars. He said he thinks it was flushed when the coolant was drained. I believe Dan is new and he really does not understand my frustration at this point. I've spent thousands of dollars at the West Islip dealership to try to maintain this car the best I can..but I don't have money to waste on mechanics guessing what the problem may be. So..I tell Dan I do not want a new heater core at this time and with the work that was done for $905.00 the heat should atleast be better than it was which was like warm. He said the mechanic said the heat is intermittent. I pick the car up today 1/10/18 and it's worse than when I put the car in and I smell coolant now. I can honestly say I feel like I was ripped off and taken for a ride. More

SO FAR, SO GOOD I had called Atlantic Audi expecting them to give me a lease price over the phone but they weren't willing to do that, so I decided to go with another I had called Atlantic Audi expecting them to give me a lease price over the phone but they weren't willing to do that, so I decided to go with another dealer. I have to give Emma credit because she kept following up with me and wanted to know why they had lost my business. She continued to follow-up even after I told her I had signed papers at another dealership and made me feel like they really wanted my business! Their price was so competitive that I was very skeptical, but once I got to the dealership they honored the price that they had quoted me and the sales process was very low-key and pleasant. I hate having to negotiate with car dealers but Cato Thomas (salesperson) was a pleasure and I would definitely use him and Atlantic Audi again and I would recommend this dealership to others. More
