Don't do it! They agreed on a price and initialed the contract.The deal was they would return on Friday late afternoon/early evening with the check.While they were leaving the credit union with the check in their hand he called and told them don't bother he was selling it to someone else..it's business he said..BAD BUSINESS! ! They were shocked as were the people at the credit union. I'm curious as what their " in house " interest rate is. Sylla Mbodj gives the rest of thecar salesman/ women out there a bad name. We give them ZERO STARS! More

Awesome Experience This is the first time I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle. Prior to actually purchasing a vehicle, I corresponded with Frankie via email an This is the first time I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle. Prior to actually purchasing a vehicle, I corresponded with Frankie via email and phone. The next day, I drove to the dealership. I was pleasantly greeted at the door and once talking to Frankie, he already knew who I was and remembered my situation and the conversation we had. He gave me the keys and I took it for a test drive and immediately knew this was the car for me. There was no pressure from the dealership to buy the vehicle which was a big reason for me sticking with this company. I felt comfortable and the price of the cars are reasonable. Financing wasn't a hassle and Frankie and rest of the staff is very knowledgeable. Awesome experience and would definitely purchase another car from here. More

Dangerous Situation I made an appointment to see a car at Atlanta Used Cars in Lilburn, GA on Friday, April 11, 2016. I drove 130 miles from Alabama and arrived at appro I made an appointment to see a car at Atlanta Used Cars in Lilburn, GA on Friday, April 11, 2016. I drove 130 miles from Alabama and arrived at approximately 1:00 pm. As I pulled into the parking lot it was very difficult to even find a parking space as the spaces were completely filled with vehicles for sale and customers had to park in the isles. After finding the salesman with whom I had the appointment, Sylla, he pointed to where the car was and went to make a copy of my drivers license and insurance card. When I viewed the car my first impression was that it was filthy. It hadn't been cleaned, the carpets and mats were badly stained, there was touch-up paint on some of the chrome, and the was glue on the windows where stickers were removed and the windows had not been cleaned. A few minutes later Sylla returned with the keys to the car, handed them to me, and told me to go ahead take the car out for 15-20 minutes to test it out. He didn't come with me. Well it took me a couple of backups to even get the car out of the space due to the tightness between the parked cars. When I finally did, I drove out of the lot and turned right onto Lawrenceville, Highway, a very busy six lane business route which was very crowded at the time. I drove about half a mile and was in the middle lane when I stopped for a red light. When the light turned green and I attempted to move ,the car stalled. I tried cranking it several times and then realized that the fuel light was on and the car was likely out of gas. Further, after cranking a few times, the battery went dead and I was not even able to turn on the emergency flashers. So I was sitting in heavy traffic, drivers in the lane behind me were yelling at me and blowing their horns and there was nothing I could do. I felt that as a 64 year old man, I was in a dangerous situation that could have turned tragic. When the traffic let up I bit, I left the car in the middle of the street with no flashers and ran to the sidewalk along the road. I then called the dealership and told them what had happened. Shortly thereafter, a Lilburn police car pulled up behind the car I was driving and asked what had happened. He told me that the car had to be moved and made me get back in the car, put it in neutral, and that he would push it down the hill to a parking lot nearby. I was quite uncomfortable doing this, but the officer was very nice and was very careful. However, since battery was dead, it was very difficult to steer through three turns (as the power steering wasn't working), and down a hill into a parking lot. I thanked the officer and he told me to call the dealership back and tell them that he pushed me out of the street. I did so and waited another 15-20 minutes for someone to arrive from the dealership (not the salesman), where they put gas in the car and jumped the battery. But then I was told I had to drive the car back to the dealership as he didn't bring an extra driver. I was also quite nervous doing this, although he did follow me back to the dealership and I parked the car. This was a terrible experience for me and I felt that I was put in a very dangerous situation because the salesman didn't bother to check whether the car was safe to drive or not before giving me the keys. This was just being lazy and thoughtless on his part and is no way to treat customers. He was much more interested in his other customers than me and there was never any personalized service provided. Being put in a dangerous situation such as this is inexcusable to me and I will never again even THINK about buying a car from this dealership. And to make matters worse, after I parked the car they asked me if I wanted to talk about buying the car! Seriously?!?! I told them there would BE no deal, ever, and I couldn't get out of there fast enough. They did this to a customer who showed up that day ready to buy a car with cash. But their laziness and thoughtlessness that put me in a very dangerous situation changed all that in a flash. What a terrible company to deal with!!! More

Excellent experience I had been searching the internet for a low mileage reasonably priced convertible for quite a while. I thought I had located a few in my general vici I had been searching the internet for a low mileage reasonably priced convertible for quite a while. I thought I had located a few in my general vicinity (within 200 miles) but as it turned out, pictures don’t always tell the truth and some sales people are not as forthright as I had hoped. Then I found a vehicle that seemed to meet my criteria but, I live in Illinois and the vehicle was in Atlanta. I started an online chat with a sales person (Sylla) and shortly after began a series of telephone as well as texts/emails and additional pictures. He answered all of my questions, addressed all of my concerns and assured me that I would not be disappointed with the vehicle. Again and again, I explained to him that I would be flying to Atlanta to inspect the car and I didn’t want to spend the time, effort and money only to be negatively surprised as I had been with other vehicles. Sylla and I had communicated so many times and because I consider myself a pretty good judge of character, I decided to fly to Atlanta (in spite of my wife’s skepticism). In addition to having someone (Lewis) meet me at the airport, the entire scenario could not have been better. The car was as good if not better than I had hoped. Everyone at Atlanta Used Cars was excellent. In particular, Lewis was very friendly and accommodating – he is a great young man. Sylla, the man behind my decision to travel to Atlanta and to purchase the car could not have been any more helpful. He is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, honest and very professional and he projects a very positive image of Atlanta Used Cars. The purchased the convertible and entire process was smooth and efficient and I returned home the next day. A few days after I got home, I received a phone call from Sylla and Lewis just checking to see if I return home safely. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this organization and when you do, I suggest you ask for Sylla. Marc Steinberg More
