This review is about Mr. Winston Murray great customer service, I was on the fence about buying a used vehicle at that moment, I asked him about a particular vehicle upon my arrival on the lot, he immedia service, I was on the fence about buying a used vehicle at that moment, I asked him about a particular vehicle upon my arrival on the lot, he immediately found the vehicle and we went for a test drive, after we discussed my concerns about the minor scratches and scrapes on vehicle, with his aggressiveness he was able make sure that management knew my concerns, the vehicle was cleared of most scratches.. He and management worked together on my behalf he kept his word on everything we discuss. Management gave me a bill of sale with all of the numbers, etc. when I went back to purchase the vehicle 2 days later, the numbers were exactly the same I forget the manager name but thanks to him.
