This dealership rips off their customers and do not really care about their customers. Do not trust them when they recommend all kind of maintenance work on your car. Every time I go there they recomme really care about their customers. Do not trust them when they recommend all kind of maintenance work on your car. Every time I go there they recommend number of items without even inspecting my car: 1. Top Engine Cleaning 2. Brake fluid change 3. Wheel alignment 4. Filter change 5. Battery replacement. They are just out there to make money out of these unnecessary services and parts. They suggested these at 27K miles. My Highlander is single driver driven, well maintained, garage stored. When I got second opinion I was told that I do not need any of these services. How would they know that I need wheel alignment and brake fluid change without even inspecting my car??!! And if one need these many maintenance items at barely 27,000 miles then one should think twice before buying any Toyota car. Toyota offers free oil change so that dealership can make money out of these unnecessary services. I had no issues with my car when I went there for oil change and after the oil change my car battery substantially degraded. Battery degrades over the time and not all of the sudden. I have a dashboard camera which they turned off so I have no idea what they altered when it went in for oil change. I would say give the business to a local shops instead of giving the business to this rip off dealership. Also they took 3 hours for oil change, filter replacement and tire rotation which they told me should be 1.5 hours max. More
