Winston Murray!!!!! Once again, what can I say other than positive things. I have dealt with Winston Murray in the past and my last experience was phenomenal. Winston is the type of sales person that ensures he follows up and he comes back with an answer. Something impressive about Winston is that he actually remembers his clients. He remembered the reasons why I switched from Nissan to Toyota, the challenges of having 3 children and not enough room in th vehicle, the amount of miles I drive daily. So he ensured not to sell me anything versus he took into consideration all of those things and got me into the best vehicle for me and my personal situation. That's exactly who Winston is, professional, personal and prepared. I could go on about Winston but the one things I would like to highlight is he cares about each person he interacts with - he gives his time and we all know that time is valuable so he does not waste a moment. Each minute is valued. Winston calls me for every birthday and holiday. He has never forgotten me on those special days and in my life, sometimes the people you expect to call dont but here comes Winston once again personally taking the time in a professional way to remember me! WOW. I would like to thank Winston for my experience and all the special things he did during my upgrade to get me the best possible situation.
