We visited the dealership before purchasing our Nissan Pathfinder several times before we bought one and each time Khan worked with us, answered our many questions and we very patient as we test drove a number of vehicles. From the very beginning he was up front, honest and trustworthy. He never pretended to know something, and is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the cars he sells. We never felt like he pushed us to make a decision, and he never came across like the usual car salesman. He made sure the car we bought was exactly what we wanted and never grimaced when we asked him to do research to help us find the best deal. We valued his honest opinion and felt like he really cared about our best interest. We will be referring other people not just to the dealership but to him in particular. We've bought several cars in the past but this was by far the best experience we've ever had. One visit here, and you get lied to and robbed from I have tried to make several communications with the sales representative who stole $500.00 from me, but no one gets back to me and nothing ever seems I have tried to make several communications with the sales representative who stole $500.00 from me, but no one gets back to me and nothing ever seems to get done about my issue. I went with my brother to view a black used mini cooper on the 13th of July of 2017 with sales representative Jon (jon@atlantabestusedcars.com). At the time, I had arrived it was past 6PM, but the time we got to discussing financials it was around 6:50PM. After conversing with the financial managers on my behalf, Jon said that the financial department was about to close, but that were they to approve my credit for the mini cooper the very next morning, he could make sure the car was secured/saved for me should I put down a 100% refundable $500.00 deposit refundable should I not be financially approved for the car. He said that they could arrange everything such that the payment would come right back to me should my application not be processed. Because he ensured me that I could get the approval surely, I said I would come back tomorrow to collect the copies of the forms since the financial advisers were on their way out and I didn’t want to keep them too late, and I figured since we’d probably be signing more forms tomorrow anyhow for the purchase. When I called the next day, they were reluctant to be available to speak with me regarding my deposit and credit approval/disapproval. Later that day, I found that the car had been taken off their website suggesting that the vehicle had been offered/sold to someone else perhaps despite my deposit. When we did get to conversing on the phone, Jon said I was not approved for the car, but ensured that my deposit would take a couple days (7-10 business days) to process back into my credit line. I waited for the deposit to come back in, trusting it would, but to my surprise, it had not. When I tried to address it with Jon, I never got communications back for phone calls or emails despite my several attempts. More

Great selection and great deal!! After much searching I found the vehicle I liked with the options I liked at this dealership. I live in Charlotte, NC but I drove down to view and test drive the vehicle. My salesman was Jonathan and he was nice and professional. After driving two vehicles I was able to make an offer for the vehicle I really liked and got a great deal. The vehicle was shipped to me and it arrived the following week. I would recommend this dealership to anyone purchasing a vehicle. I didn't like the wait in terms of how long it took me to sign my final paperwork so that was a little annoying, especially since I was driving from out of town and needing to drive back the same day. The finance manager, Marlon, threw in the shipping cost for me so I felt that was great for them to do that as well. I had an issue just in terms of the communication about when I could expect the vehicle to arrive. I bought the vehicle on a Tuesday and it arrived the following Tuesday, which is really not a long time. But I felt that the dealership and my salesmen should've been reaching out to me to advise me of when I could expect the vehicle, not the other way around. I'm a detail orientated person so communication is big to me. Overall this was a good experience and I would purchase from them again. My two biggest issues were the wait times and the lack of communication regarding shipment. The carrier pulled up at my house and unloaded the car for me without a scratch. Overall a good experience.
