On the other hand, the trade in manager, not very efficient in trying to strike a deal as his offer was kind of insulting, I can say, and being very rigid and not even trying to negotiate. More

Horrible customer service They deleted my comments to their page... We drove 4 hours to pay them almost $26,000 for a dirty car with no gas in it. I was promised the vehicle was being pulled on Wed and was going to be detailed and ready to go when we arrived Friday at lunch. The car was dirty and had an empty gas tank... As soon as my husband got out of the lot he had to go immediately to a gas station. It cost us $50 just to drive our new, dirty, car home. I messaged Jonathan with in a few mins of leaving about the car being dirty & having no gas in it and got absolutely NO REPLY...not even an apology. I emailed them also and have heard nothing. When I bought my Pathfinder gas was $4 a gal and they filled it up and had it detailed when we arrived for pick up. I guess I should have bought locally if I wanted good service, huh? This speaks volumes about this dealership. Especially with us driving 4 hours to do business with them. I should have bought the one I found in Marietta. Let me say again, 3 texts, emails and posts to their page and still not one single reply. *****Luis also jacked up the price of the vehicle by $1,000.... the only reason he sold it for the price I paid is bc I told him I took a screenshot of the listing and could sent it to him. ....as if all the corners they were already cutting weren't saving them.... More
