Anything to sell a car I admit the place was much nicer than I expected. Sadly it appears they will say whatever you need to hear to sell a car. If you buy from this place m I admit the place was much nicer than I expected. Sadly it appears they will say whatever you need to hear to sell a car. If you buy from this place make sure they owe you nothing. Don't let them tell you they will get you a part or send you something after the sale is done. I bought a beautiful car here. The only issue was a broken button on the navigation system. I let them talk me in to sending me what they said was a $7 button to me in the mail. Come to find out you can't get just the button you must get the whole nav system. Tio was my sales person and he and his manager made the promise. Remember me Tio? I bought the Genesis Coup. Also don't buy the warranty if you are considering a higher mileage car. It expires after 100,000 miles or 5 years, whichever comes first. They will give you a lower interest rated if buy the warranty but will jack up the interest rate if you refuse the warranty. The higher the rate they charge the more the kick back money the lender pays the dealership in what they call "Participation." It is an incentive the lender payes the dealership for sending them business. Therefore they send the loan to the lender that pays them the most money for the business not the lender who offers you, the customer, the lowest rate. Tio also told me they would fill up the gas tank. They didn't. This is all the truth. Don't let this place or "New care fever get the best of you. There are plenty cars out there that are perfect for you from honest businesses. Good luck and happy car hunting. More

Pleasantly Surprised I had my doubts going to this dealership as I had read several reviews online that were not favorable. However, Usher my salesman, allowed me to enjoy I had my doubts going to this dealership as I had read several reviews online that were not favorable. However, Usher my salesman, allowed me to enjoy the experience as best as a used car transaction can be. I had been looking for this car within a 300 mile radius and could not find it, but this dealership had it. After the test drive, I explained to Usher I noticed a few items that need to be worked on: brakes, rotors, blown light bulbs, windshield wipers and tires. We agreed on 4 used tires. Well not only were all the above completed, but new tires were installed not used. Usher answered any questions I had even after the transaction was completed. My advice is to know what you want, how much your willing to pay for it and if you use this dealership, ask for Usher. I found him to be personable and most of all honest. I thought the dealership could have changed the oil and air filter though. I had to do that at my own cost. It would have been a nice gesture, but they had acquiesced to my above demands so it wasnt a deal breaker for me. Keep up the good work Usher. More

They explained they sell a high volume of cars each month so it can be hard to reach them but if you’re looking for a good deal, it’s worth it. They are used cars, so absolutely get an inspection yourself to guarantee there isn’t any problems. While I was there, there was a customer that has purchased a car that had issues and was upset. I think they are pretty up front with it being a used car and not having any responsibility for defects so again, just do your homework and you should be fine. Overall, I had a good experience! More
Overcharged an extra $2000 in bogus dealer fees and taxes These guys are expert cons.This partially falls back on me as a consumer, but also serves as a warning for anyone looking to do buy a car here. I told Luis no taxes and dealer fees added on to the vehicle price and negotiated a 13,000 deal for a 16,000 lemon after a 3000 trade in. After financing the car ended up being almost 15000 instead of 13000. They added the extra taxes and fees they told me would be included with the trade and scammed me an extra $2000 in bogus taxes and dealer fees after I told them I was not willing to pay those on a lemon. They lied and told me that what I financed was the actual amount after I pay the car off with interest and I had to discover later that I was deceived of an extra $2000. I could have bought a fully certified vehicle with warranty and not a lemon for nearly the same value. Know what you are buying here, check the finances, test drive and check the maintenance history as well. They are lemons that can have more mechanical issues within a short period of time. I would be glad to give them 5 stars, because their initial pricing is decent and if they stuck to the actual deals, but due to their deceptive financial practices and myself being out of an extra $2000 I cannot. They sell lemons at clean title book value and try to charge extra dealer fees and taxes on top. Lemon cars are always worth less, due to potential future maintenance issues and loss in resale value so always try to negotiate a lower price without the dealer fees and taxes. This does also fall back on me as a consumer, because I forgot to triple check the finance form to make sure I was getting the negotiated deal. Always read the final yellow finance form before you buy a car from them to make sure you are getting your negotiated deal.Their finance department and salesmen will try to over scam you on the dealer fees and taxes .What they did to deceive me as a customer was very unethical and unprofessional.Be very careful if you are buying anything form these guys.If you do buy from them get your final deal in writing and make sure they do not get finance to overcharge you on the final finance form. The finance part is where customers have complained about long wait times. This is the first time it took me 5 or more hours to buy a car. In the end when you are tired of waiting and ready to sign thinking you getting that negotiated deal, they try to scam you on the final paperwork so please watch out. More
