Outstanding service I went through car gurus and found the vehicle I bought from Kahn. Needless to say I’m from Iowa and had to make extensive plans for this car buying e I went through car gurus and found the vehicle I bought from Kahn. Kahn did an excellent job of explaining all my options to include shipping the car or helping with traveling arrangements to get to the dealership. He constantly communicated with me which may the entire process go without a hiccup. He allowed me to test several cars to get. Feel of just how a hybrid would handle. Coming from out of town made this jester alone gave me confidence in his sincerity and knowledge of the car buying experience. I have already recommended him and this dealership to my coworkers for their next car buying experience. NEVER work with this dealership Please do not ever work with this dealership. This was the WORST experience of my life!! I test drove a car here and had a few others to look out. Different sales people from the dealership kept calling, texting, and emailing me. They were all telling me different things, and also couldn't remember if they had talked to me or not. After about 2 weeks, I had moved on. They called me on a Saturday telling me the "manager" had agreed to a deal. By the end of Saturday, I found out the deal really wasn't what one salesperson had quoted me. Finally on Monday, after talking to the salesperson and finance department, I drove 2.5 hours to get the car. Guess What...they sold it before I got there. Did they care? NO!!! 2.5 hour drive back home. They have no morals or class. The manager is never there when you ask to speak him. If he calls you back, he is lying to you as sure as he is speaking.
