The sales person Benny was real cordial. The rate he offer me wasn't the one that was on my contract. Other wise the staff is friendly .also it would be nice if they can provide some courtesy water to the customers. This place has got to be the worst dealer in the world, the salesperson was not very responsive, they had a car for for 12k i had 2k to put down and after a whole day of waiting and even being on hold for the salesperson was not very responsive, they had a car for for 12k i had 2k to put down and after a whole day of waiting and even being on hold for an hour and 10 mins i get told we need 3500 down. im then like ok lets look at something cheaper. they had a bmw for 7500 and tried to sell it to me for 8500, well the cheaper car they needed 6k down. took a day and a half to get all this info. wound up going to another dealer they had me approved for a car i wanted with the deposit i had within an hour. its almost like the sales person just didnt want to sell a car. They did not get the vehicle ready for delivery. We wait 2-½ hrs and took the car and handle the inspection, fill up and wash and vacuum ourselves. When we took the car to get another key fob we discovered the physical key did not work on the car. The experience was not what I have experienced at other dealers. I would recommend going elsewhere. After coming in person, he also made sure I was taken care of to the fullest. He is friendly, approachable, and most of all, SINCERE. I felt like I was working with a friend. I brought my practically brand new Nissan Rogue into the dealership as I was considering trading it for a high end car. Well, my users manual went missing during the appraisal process. They just so happened to have a newer model Nissan Rogue Platinum in their showroom. It was the only vehicle in their showroom. So needless to say, I would not recommend leaving anything of value in your car if you plan on handing the keys over to anyone that works for Atlanta Best Used Cars. I tried to get in touch with Usher, and it was his day off. I spoke to a very unprofessional woman who took a message and never got a call back. I did not do business with this business and I would definitely look at the CarFax report on any vehicle they are selling before you purchase it. More
Was on my way to purchase a Dodge Challenger Hellcat. I drove from Augusta to Atlanta and AS SOON as I got there, they told me they sold it the night before. BUYER BEWARE. Bought car 8/30/23. Was told come back for oil change as light was on. Came back 2 days later, get serviced, only to find out they reset dashboard b Bought car 8/30/23. Was told come back for oil change as light was on. Came back 2 days later, get serviced, only to find out they reset dashboard but did not change oil. 2 days after, low oil sensor comes on as well as epg system down, Car cutoff mid-drive had to get towed to dealership (No-reimbursement). Actually do oil change this time, and fix epg so I leave. Car breaks down same night, have to get towed home. Call financial manager, tells me my warranty covers repairs by manufacturer dealerships and tow it there. Manufacturer dealerships is fully booked until the next Monday 9/11 and it is now Wednesday 9/6 so I send to Atlanta Best dealership to see if they are able to fix it before the Monday appointment comes. 9/6/23 Am told it is a minor issue and will be able to fix soon and that rental car could be option. 9/9 I ask to release car so I can send to manufacturer, am told by the same person who told me use the warranty, that the warranty has not started and they have to fix it. Was called on 9/11 and told car was ready, but as I was on the way, was told it was indeed not ready and come back tomorrow. It is now 9/14 and the car still is not ready yet my car note remained with the same due date, I have not been compensated for any inconvenience, and most importantly I have to call everyday and get the run around with new issues popping up each call. I will not get the car back until 9/20 supposedly, which means they have had the car longer than me. They will get you to sign without mentioning you will not be able to take car and get it looked at before purchase so you are taking everything that comes with it. More
