I purchased a 2021 Honda Accord Sport from Atlanta Best Used Cars and my salesman was a guy by the name of Andre Parland. I went to the dealership last week after test driving the vehicle I noticed the tir Used Cars and my salesman was a guy by the name of Andre Parland. I went to the dealership last week after test driving the vehicle I noticed the tire pressure light was on so I asked Andre about it he really wasn’t knowledgeable about the light but I was familiar with it and told him that it has something to do with the tires, Andre advised me that the tires on the vehicle was practically new okay fine. I thought they put air in the tire but I had to stop at a gas station to put air in the tire myself. I have had the car for a week today and the tire pressure light has come on at least 3 times so today I decided to take the vehicle to a tire shop and the technician advised me that I needed 2 rear tires because the tires on the vehicle are worn out. I have texted Andre several times today no response. The problem that I have is you return my calls and text during the process of purchasing the vehicle but after I have actually took ownership of the vehicle he want respond. I am very big on customer service and I am very unhappy that after a week of purchasing a car I have to purchase two new tires.. More

Sold me a car without disclosing information of being wrecked and was not willing to correct the issue. Only had the car one week before dash lights started coming on and took it to get checked that’s w wrecked and was not willing to correct the issue. When I called the car lot and asked if they could fix it, I was told I had the car too long (mind you, this is less than 30 days) and that I could have hit a pothole and damaged the car. Not to mention, they gave me the runaround during the initial purchase and kept the car AND my deposit for a week before they finally released the car. This entire process has been an ongoing nightmare! Not satisfied at all with the treatment I received! Do not give them your business! More

The sales person Benny was real cordial. This place has got to be the worst dealer in the world, the salesperson was not very responsive, they had a car for for 12k i had 2k to put down and after a whole day of waiting and even being on hold for the salesperson was not very responsive, they had a car for for 12k i had 2k to put down and after a whole day of waiting and even being on hold for an hour and 10 mins i get told we need 3500 down. im then like ok lets look at something cheaper. they had a bmw for 7500 and tried to sell it to me for 8500, well the cheaper car they needed 6k down. took a day and a half to get all this info. wound up going to another dealer they had me approved for a car i wanted with the deposit i had within an hour. its almost like the sales person just didnt want to sell a car.
