I love my car but the overall purchase experience was just ok. There was some breakdown in communication, I wasn’t able to use the pre-approved loan that I had, and I felt misled about the auto financing just ok. Although I love my car, there was an issue with the tire sensor that I thought would be fixed prior to pick up, it appeared to be repaired, but is still an issue about a month later. Overall it was a decent transaction and I’m happy with my car. More

DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. I bought a vehicle only 10 days ago from them. A Honda Civic 2021 which had 148k miles on it. Even with many miles the test drive was good. But, unfortunately ( or fortunately) I scratched the car and took it to a mechanic and he showed me TONS of internal damage that was already present and the car had MANY botched paint and repair jobs on it. When I called the dealership about it, they tried to explain to me that is should go through insurance and that when they inspect a car, they basically just see if it turns on and the engine is working. I did feel a little bit rushed when I was buying the car because this was my first time and they also gave me a financing with 10% apr!! Like national banks don't charge that much. Don't let them rush you. Tell them that you want to do a full diagnostic of the car before purchase. More

There was some bumps along the way (on my part), but this gentleman went above and beyond to find a solution. Him listening and understanding what I needed gave me the opportunity to accomplish one of many goals. I don't like to be rushed and pushed into someone else suggestions. I was there for six hours...not because things was slow or lacking the services, but because I was handled with care along the way. He understood the situation, until I drove off with my vehicle!
