Upon driving the car, I changed my mind and decided to switch to an SUV. I looked around the lot and found an ML350 and a MDX. Ken immediately got both cars ready for a test drive. I decided on the MDX and Ken made the deal happen! I could not be happier!! I also like that I didn't have to pick up an ink pen to sign my paperwork. I was sent a text message with a link and I was able to sign the document digitally right on my phone. I highly recommend ABUC. Now, with that being said, I would recommend going on a weekday and not on a Saturday like I did. Saturday is their busiest day! More

I drove 6 hours cash in hand to buy a car from these people. I talked to 3 different sales people that said the car was there and ready for me to test drive. I got there and was made to wait for almost an hour then was told "The owners son decided he liked the car and took the car off the lot to keep it more than a week prior and that there was nothing they could do about it" then they showed me a "similar" car. It had more miles, was in bad shape and cost more. By far the worst experience I've had at any dealership. More
