My Worse Nightmare Please, if you are going to deal with these people, you need to keep your eyes wide open and be extra vigilant because they do not care about you. They want to get rid of their cars and not to satisfy you. The manager has the worse customer satisfaction ever and unprofessional. I found a 2014 Hyundai Sonata Limited on CarGurus with pictures and descriptions that indicated the car had a navigation system since that was one of the main features I was looking for. I realized the car was listed on Atlanta Best Used Cars, so I contacted them to inquire about its availability. After that, I asked a family member in Georgia to inspect the car since I left in Alabama. During the inspection, two things were not functioning, so they promised to fix them. They fixed one and left the other, saying it will be too expensive to fix. They have gone contrary to their words. When they promise that they will fix something, there is this probability that they will not, so please verify and check stuff yourself to be sure. It appeared they did false advertising because the description I saw online was different from the car's original features. Moreover, we verbally expressed our need for a vehicle with navigation. We asked them if the vehicle had navigation. They answered in the affirmative; however, when the car was finally ready to pick up, the navigation was gone in the same car that they said had navigation. I am convinced that they replaced the whole middle console and the navigation system with one that did not have navigation while trying to fix the middle console and they did not want to admit. Be careful with these people. As if that is not enough, they gave us an empty gas tank for the road. More
