I had contracted to buy a vehicle online. My home is over 1100 miles from Atlanta so I asked a lot of questions, reviewed pictures and was absolutely assured that the car had been carefully checked and drove 1100 miles from Atlanta so I asked a lot of questions, reviewed pictures and was absolutely assured that the car had been carefully checked and drove perfectly. I flew into Atlanta the day before and got to this dealership early the next morning. I was planning a pleasant road-trip adventure home via the Blue Ridge Parkway. I had a "special conditional deposit" on the car pending my inspection. The salesman and I set out on a test drive - before we got out of the parking lot and I quickly observed the car was shaking and pulling hard to the right and the tire low pressure warning was on. We went for a little ride; when we returned they brought the car in for service. I hung around for several hours. They told me they were going to do a wheel alignment, inspect / replace and balance the tires. When the car came back we took another test drive. Still not fixed (seems to me they merely added air to the one tire). It was afternoon and I was tired of hanging around so I got a room hoping they could fix it for the next day. Next morning took another test drive - better but not right. They told me there was a big gash in one tire and that they replaced it (with a used non matching tire). Why wasn't this fixed before I flew to Atlanta? Other than that, it was the model I wanted and car looked great. One or more wheels was probably warped - I'm not exactly sure what the problem was but I asked for my deposit back. They told me they do not return deposits - when I told them I had a conditional deposit they looked it up and returned my deposit. I booked a flight home. So my fun road trip turned into a disaster; waste of three days and and a loss of about $900 in travel expenses. The flaws in this car were quite obvious - they should have known. They should have fixed it before I got there - or they should have disclosed the issue/s and I would not have bought it. Unfortunately, you cannot rely on there assurances! More

Zee and the finance manager at ATL Best Used Cars are amazing! Zee was very thorough and patient, he gave us the space and time to look at our options and answered any/all questions we had so we didn’t f amazing!
