Ok, so this dealership is awesome! This is the 2nd vehicle we've purchased here. The first was a beautiful Kia Forte Koup for our daughter, and are extremely satisfied with both. There is nothing about them that feels like a "typical' used car dealership. No high pressure or predatory sales, no worrying about crappy vehicles. They went above and beyond to make our deal happen (shout out to Ricky and Al) and to make sure we were 100% happy. Khan was incredible! While by title he may be in sales, not ONCE did it feel that way, it was like having a conversation with a good friend. He really went the extra mile for us. EVERY single employee, manager, and the owner is super friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about Atlantas Best Used Cars. But i will say that if you are the least bit hesitant for any reason, DON'T BE! Give them the chance to change the way you view and think about a car dealership! They 100% changed mine! More

This place is the absolute best and every example of what a used csr dearlship should strive to be. I've both a few cars ove rthe last 25 year and this is the only place I would recommend or even go back to a used csr dearlship should strive to be. I've both a few cars ove rthe last 25 year and this is the only place I would recommend or even go back to myself bought a used 2014 Kia Forte koup for my daughter's in 2021 and they treated us like family. My daughter was so happy with the csr and I was very happy with the deal. No pressure, no hassle and certainly no back & forth games other places play. I went back last week and found an amazing 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback Touring and they worked with me to get the best deal possible. I know this was the case because I sat with the financial manager Ricky while he was on the phone with the lenders and got them to agree to go down a point on interest he even told her I was a repeat customer and we need the best deal possible. The manager AL is amazing and reminds me of my father very soft spoken and flexible. I was concerned about the steering wheel and they did a free alignment but here is what is even better. While doing the alignment they notice the backup camera was out, something my wife and I missed on our test driveol. They order a new OEM camera from Honda and installed it for free. They also found curb rash on a couple of wheel and even offered to fix that for free. No catch, they sold me a used vehicle "as is" and found issues and still volunteered to fix. The staff is also pretty amazing they all seem to get along really well but my boy khan is the best so laid back and easy going he stayed in contact with me the while way and did I mention he soild me both cars.just looking at the fact that most dealers have a high turn over rate and this kid is still working there. I cannot say enough about Atlanta Best Used Cars. The investor is ridiculous and the prices cannot be beat believe me I shopped around before calling. No one paid me to say any of this I believe in giving credit where it due and not just complaining. I drove all the was from Dallas, GA to buy two cars from this place and I will do it a gain because they are worth the drive. I worked with Khan & Brandon - I'm from Missouri & found a vehicle online that they had posted; I've been looking for a long time & finally found what I was looking for. The Good: they sent a video for me t a vehicle online that they had posted; I've been looking for a long time & finally found what I was looking for. The Good: they sent a video for me to view, went over Carfax, reassured me of how their dealership operates & their trustworthy dealings in the nature of vehicles they sell, were in constant contact with me as needed (my arrival to pick up car coming from MO, paperwork signing, financing...etc) set up financing, got me out of there fairly quickly considering how busy they were the day I came to finalize everything.... Cons: Didn't like that LoJack wasn't an option- it was a mandatory fee/service that I wasn't interested in but had to take at a cost to me. .....So far, the vehicle I purchased is doing well & I'm thankful for all that Khan & Brandon have done for me.
