This dealership is ok as long as you stay on top of them in the process of purchase, especially if it’s a complete online or remote transaction. I dealt with Alex Doger, who was just ok. He seemed to be a little green around the edges during the whole process, but he was the only one that answered the bell when I was attempting to inquire about a vehicle. I got the run around with this dealership initially until Alex reached back out to me. Everyone else failed to return my calls or reach out to answer my questions after they stated that they would. It would be safe to assume that communication is lacking at this dealership. At the end of the day the deal got done and the vehicle purchased was as advertised. I will give some praise as the dealership did do me a solid and reimbursed me to replace my passenger side mirror and this was done through Alex. All in all I think this dealership was fair but not good. Hopefully they do better for future customers, especially for people who are making remote purchases. More

Not a happy customer! I bought a 2018 car from this dealership and the car has had nothing but problems since. Two days after purchase it started making an awful noise. I I bought a 2018 car from this dealership and the car has had nothing but problems since. Two days after purchase it started making an awful noise. I took it in to the closest mechanic because the sound was so bad it was scary to drive. It turned out the serpentine belt was about to burst. I called to let the dealership know. I was yelled at by one of the dealers as to why I hadn't brought it to them for the warranty. I then asked to speak to my dealer who worked out with his boss that they would cover the cost up to $200, the bill was $224. A few days later the car started making new awful noises and I called them back. They had me bring it down to have their mechanic look at it. Turned out a wheel bearing needed to be replaced. They fixed that and I managed to make it through another two weeks; and now we're getting closer to the two month warranty ending. Then brake noises started happening and I called the dealer back, now keep in mind I had only had the car for a month and had already lost use of it for over two weeks. They had me bring it back in and said they replaced the brakes. Now, the two month warranty has expired and the same brakes are sounding awful again and it turns out they have to be replaced. I possibly need new rotors now too. I believe whatever their mechanic did was just to get me to the end of the two month warranty, so they didn't have to take care of any more work. I am now paying a car payment each month and I am constantly waiting for the next noise and problem to come up. In short it feels like I bought a lemon and was sold it by this dealership. This is on top of still not having received my license plate. They sent me one new sticker for the license plate, but I have yet to see a new one or my pates. I was told prior to buying this car that it was inspected thoroughly and had to pass some other inspections. This experience has been nothing but a real pain to deal with. Oh ya, my favorite part the plastic the used on the flooring won't come off. I have tried several things and every time I try it just starts pulling up the material on the floor. I'm to afraid to pull it up and do more damage to the flooring, so now I just have plastic on my floor. To say the least I wouldn't recommend this company or suggest them to anyone I know. Besides the guy that yelled at me all other interactions were pleasant and the staff was very nice. This doesn't help me with the issues this car has already had and anything new that pops up here in the near future. If it had only been one issue I wouldn't have left this review, but having to deal with multiple issues with this car immediately has made this a miserable purchase. More

Sorry for being long winded, but Let me just start by saying that this company will never get another dime from me. I am a repeat customer and was their best friend, especially when I gave them $18,000 c saying that this company will never get another dime from me. I am a repeat customer and was their best friend, especially when I gave them $18,000 cash for my first purchased car a year ago. Two weeks ago, I went to the same dealer because of the great experience. This time was the absolute worst experience. The snakesman, I mean salesman who's name is Oliver was my bestfriend as long as I was giving him $9,500 cash for the car that I bought two week ago. The car was initially $7999. He and his manager, Al both told me a blatant fib with telling me that the add on of the lojack would be taking off of the price. I told them both that I did not need the added on. I was informed that it was by law that I had to have that added on my car(which I googled it and it says that it's an addon and not necessary to have). After back and forth, they told me that it would be taken off. Just know that I trusted that they would honor their word and not add it. It wasn't taken off and it added $599.00 to the total price. The way that the numbers were explained, it sound like it was taken off. It wasn't that I was taken advantage of because I'm a women, I think it was more that I was excited of getting a new car and I trusted Oliver. On Monday 10/10/22, I went in the office just to ask why they didn't take it off. The person(Oliver) who was my bestfriend became a absolute xxxxx. He was very rude, arrogant and went so far as to tell me that I was getting on his nerves. I didn't even get a chance to let him know the reason that I was there. It was as if he already knew that I was there to discuss that lojack, which, again, he promised was going to be taken off. His manager Al told me pretty much that I signed it, which he was correct.He told me that I should be glad that he gave me a discount of $170(not in those words but close) I was there just to ask them why would they tell me one thing and do another. I went in today 10/12/22 to speak to the GM, Usher, just to see if I could at least get some sort of compensation for them telling me a blatant fib. Usher, the GM, left the room and came back and told me that It was nothing that could be done. Even so far as a soda. My daughter was looking at a car from the company for nearly $20,000 which she was going to pay cash just as I did. And guess who I was going to let help her. You guessed it, Oliver! He and his manager AL is very unprofessional, fibbers, slick talking, sharks that will reap exactly what they sow. All of my followers as well as who's reading this, please, take heed of what I'm telling you and find another car dealership and pass this one by. This is just my opinion and what happened to me,However you could do what you feel. On top of all of this non-sense there was a customer sitting next to me and heard me venting on the phone and told me that her sharksman, I mean salesman, was doing the exact same thing to her, telling her that it was required by law to have the lojack added on. That lets me know that I am not the only one that they have done this too. Its worded as GPS on the bill of sale in the middle of a lot of zeros. If you don't look at it closely, just as I didn't and I also believe that Oliver was going to be a man of his word. I'm very disappointed with Atlanta worst,I mean best used cars. Sorry not Sorry! You've loss a $20,000 sale for a fib of $599. As the name of the company, I feel very USED!! negative 0 stars if possible and two thumbs down! More
