Purchased a vehicle that has a salvage title, problems from day 1 returned vehicle to be checked out several times, continue to have problems. Only had few months. I was sold an extended car warranty on a 2018 Rogue with a disappearing $100 deductible to my surprise it's worthless. In order to received the disappearing deductible you have to take the car back to where a disappearing $100 deductible to my surprise it's worthless. In order to received the disappearing deductible you have to take the car back to where you purchased it for repairs. WELL ATLANTA BEST CARS DOESN'T REPAIR CARS. WHY WOULD THE FINANCE DEPT SELL ME A WARRANTY WITH THAT INCENTIVE THAT I CAN'T USE. ONLY A FIVE LETTER EXPLANATION GREED. I called today spoke to Anthony in Finance and was told I could cash in my warranty or just paid the $100. Also which ever warranty I would have chosen, I still would have to paid something or pay more for and outside company for a low or zero deductible. I told him how dare they take away my option to choose with a FALSE INCENTIVE. MAYBE IF I KNEW THE TRUTH I WOULD HAVE GONE OUTSIDE THE COMPANY TO PURCHASE ANOTHER WARRANTY WHETHER MORE MONEY OR NOT. HE ASKED WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO DO? I said at least give me half of my deductible he said we aren't going to do that. It's such a shame I refer my daughter and two friends to this company and they purchase cars on my recommendation now I have to call them and tell them BEWARE OF THEIR EXTENDED WARRANTY AS I'M TELLING ALL OF YOU.
