I purchased my vehicle (BMW 640i) in April of 2021 with a warranty. The very next day the vehicle broke down in downtown Atlanta. The very next day! They paid for towing and replaced the fuel pump. I called the dealership to see what could be done...they told me the warranty I purchased would not cover the Drivetrain malfunction but that I could have it towed to them at my own cost and they would take a look at it.... I am floored. They would not take responsibility for this vehicle. No discounts, no loaner, no rental... nothing! I'm a single mother who has no other means of transportation... I asked if they would be willing to purchase it back and I would buy another vehicle or at least if they would cover some of the cost.. Their GM Mike held the phone and just said, that's what the owner is offering...nothing. I can take it to any BMW dealership to get that...but I bought this vehicle from Atlanta Autos based off their reputation and reviews. This is the worse car buying experience in my 40+ years. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!! They are NOT service oriented and obviously do not need repeat buyers. I will be sure to place a sign on my car once it's drivable with Lemon signage and their name. I will drive 285 as a moving billboard. More

We purchased a vehicle from this place in March.The sales team was amazing, but it is almost June and we have yet to receive our tags and title for the vehicle. The only way to get communication back is to contact the sales person again, as the tags and title person hasn't returned calls, texts, or emails (and that's to even the personal number.) We were told we would receive them in a week and that was 10 plus days ago. Now we can't even get a simple reply back! This was not an easy experience, especially being several states away from this dealership! The 3 stars were given as sales was a 5, but tags and title gets a huge zero! If you want a nice vehicle, they have plenty, but if you want to drive it beyond the paper plate, you may want to go somewhere else, because it won't happen there! More
