When I do try to contact them, they would put me on hold for at least 30 minutes before giving some excuse or just plainly hung up on me. Don't buy from these dealers unless you are paying cash or not trading in. More

I got there, looked at the car, Greg gave me the keys (after copying my drivers license) and I went for a test drive alone which was great. I got back, and about 1/2 hour later it was a done deal. Granted I didn't finance or trade, but it was a seamless transaction. They don't really negotiate MUCH as there prices are pretty low (do your research folks), but I got a great deal and drove home in my new (used) roadster. They even kept my other SUV overnight in a locked lot for me. Greg Miles and Atlanta Used Cars changed the car buying experience for me...wouldn't hesitate to return. They are no nonsense - no fluff which is perfect for me! More
GREAT DEALERSHIP & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE My wife recently had to return her car due to the lease expiring. We had visited many dealerships in the area to look at their inventory, test drive, etc. and they all hound you and pressure you into buying a car that day you are there. So, a good friend of mine had recommended to stop by Atlanta Used Cars in Marietta b/c of the great deal and very friendly customer service - guess what? They don't pressure you into buying any car! We first viewed the website to narrow down our search on a few vehicles and then went one weekend to look at the cars, test drive, etc. We arrived at the dealership and greeted by everyone and was not followed by the manager, Ali, while we browsed the lot. We narrowed our search to two cars and spoke with someone to test drive the vehicle. We fell in love with the car and when we got back we chatted about our finance options, etc. This dealership was so easy to work with. We were in and out within an hour - AMAZING! Go to any other big box dealership and you end up spending hours on hours - first with the sales guy, then with their finance manager - they continue to hound you to spend more money and buy tons of packages etc. Atlanta Used Cars was very straight forward. We also applied for some financing which only took minutes to be approved and the keys handed to us. Atlanta Used Cars allows an excellent buying experience, no pressure to buy cars, and even being super super busy, was able to accommodate my wife and me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I cringe when having to go look for cars but now I know I will never have that problem again. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone including family and friends. More
Excellent Car buying experince, Low pressure but not perfect I saw the vehicle online and called the dealership to get status of availability. Greg was very knowledgeable,courteous and always maintained a high level of professionalism over the phone. Even when I drive the five and one-half hours to get to the dealership Greg was cool and never pushy. He gave me as much time as I needed to look at the vehicle, and make sure that it was what I wanted. Greg even made sure all the finance paper work was done so that all that was needed to do was sign the forms and the vehicle was mine. To say, Greg went above and beyond what is the normally expected from a salesman is a understatement. Now for the not so perfect part of this experience. To the owner or management, I would suggest a fuel card of $10.00 instead of 5. I think it is not asking to much to do little more on the fuel card. The second issue is with the vehicle that I wish I would have seen but I am not happy with it. After, I drove the vehicle back home without any incidents, I discovered that the front bumper was cracked. Now, I am not saying who did but I did not do it. Because of the location of the crack it is possible is could have been done during the transportation of the vehicle to the dealership but it should have been seen when it was washed or waxed. Other than that disappointment, when I am in the market for a vehicle I will be looking on their website for possible vehicle to buy in the future. More
Arrogant, Obnoxious and Dismissive Don't waste your time trying to buy a car here unless you: a) need their financing, or b) have cash, or c) buying a car without a trade. The salesman I dealt with was obnoxious, dismissive and arrogant. They have tons of high end vehicles (Bentley, Aston, Audi R8) "staged" in and around a shabby store for legitimacy. I was looking to trade a BMW with my purchase. I was given an insulting offer for a loaded BMW/M Sport and told by salesman the listed price of the sale vehicles are NOT negotiable. “Our cars are priced to sell, no extra fees and the list price (ambitious, reduced $1000, 2X in 1 mo.) reflects the dealership invested cost” (Uh huh) “We make money w/ financing” (Duh), and since I had my own financing they couldn't make any $$, except $200 split from Doc fee. “So, the list price was his best offer and I could sell my car at CarMax for cash and then come back! Not even exaggerating. Not sure who NEEDS to finance a Bentley, or would buy from there. Most cars seem to have some type of damage, (which can be okay) and are “As Is”, which I think avoids the “Lemon” law. Be careful, seedy…. not warm and fuzzy. More

By the time we got to the dealership, someone was test driving it. Derrick Peeler was extremely helpful and when the people who test drove it moved on, he drew up our paperwork in a flash. We left while the car was being detailed and when we returned it looked brand new. All in all, a great experience - quick and easy. I would definitely recommend them and purchase from them again.
