We are very sorry you didn't get the car you wanted and that you feel it was unjust. It's important to us that our customers know we are more fair. Therefore, I have reviewed EVERY contact you had with our dealership and this is what I found. All documentaion is available for you if you would like. You first contacted us about this car on May 18th and had multiple appointments to come in, including May 29th which you cancelled because of rain in your area. You came in on June 5th, test drove the car and had every opportunity to buy it at that time. On June 7th you sent a message that you were not 100% sure you were going to buy the car (check your messages). On Friday June 10th you went on our website and completed a full credit application and granted permission for your credit to be pulled and sent to banks for approval. You had ANOTHER appointment on Saturday June 11th, for which our salesperson OFFERED TO PICK YOU UP FROM YOUR HOME. The car was sold that same day and we gave you the courtesy of calling you to let you know. Our salesperson worked with you on this car for almost an entire month with the hope of selling you the car. However, there was NO DEPOSIT and did not agree to hold the car for you. As a matter of fact, you were told the car was still for sale until you came in and finalized the sale. I can understand you being upset because you missed the opportunity to buy the car that you wanted but to call us liars is completely unfair. The only option we had was to not sell the car to a customer that came in prepared to buy that day and instead hold it, with no deposit, for someone that had missed at least 3 appointments and told us he wasn't sure he was going to buy it. Again, I am sorry that you didn't get the car, but you certainly had the opportunity. You were also not lied to by anyone at our dealership.

I apologize for the lack of communication. When your salesperson went out of the country (vacation) the day after completing your sale, I did the best I could to make sure that you were happy and received your car the way you expected. Regarding the information you requested about the history, even if we had contacted the previous owner, any claims (good or bad) that he makes about the car may or may not be true and we could be responsible for those claims. We can only provide information that we know is accurate. I know for a fact that the previous owner traded the car in with only one top and one key. I cannot explain why he told you different or why you would think we benefit from you having a duplicate key made. Overall, we try to provide the best value and service on every vehicle we sell. We obviously fell short in your case and for that I have personally apologized. To offer the prices we do, our dealership must maintain a much higher volume of sales than other dealers, but bad customer service is not acceptable and we will take steps to make sure this doesn't happen again. Keep in mind that this is the exception and not the rule. We sell over 200 vehicles every month to clients all over the country and we do have thousands and thousands of very satisfied customers. Our people worlk very hard every day to provide the best service and make every customer happy they did business with our dealership. I am very sorry this was not your experience.
