However, we had the best purchase experience -- by far -- of all our 15-ish car purchases to date. Especially notable was the fantastic customer service we received from Hakim, who was friendly (without being pushy), helpful, responsive, and generally an all-around pleasure to work with. Also very professional and helpful was the newly-appointed finance manager. (Sorry to forget his name.) We were kept updated and informed throughout the entire process -- no surprises to derail us or waste our time. We highly recommend the dealership and their personnel. More

We came across two at this dealership and contacted them immediately. We were lucky to have been assisted by Hakim - very professional, friendly, truthful and informative. We drove all the way from New York, but as these cars were very limited, we asked how they could hold it for us, and Hakim suggested a non-refundable deposit of $1,000, so we agreed. When we got to the dealership, you could tell they only sold higher end cars. We test drove the BMW and a Porsche, but decided on the BMW. Hakim assisted us throughout the entire process, and even today after purchasing the car, continues to assist us with more information. Great customer service. Absolutely recommend them, especially Hakim! We are very happy with our purchase. More

Greg Long at Atlanta Used Cars Marietta was fantastic. Greg was helpful and even ensured I had checked out the car-fax. It was clean and the vehicle was really well-priced. He explained they keep prices low so they can sell alot of cars and do most of them over the internet. The fact that they have VERY EXPENSIVE cars for sales was reassuring. There are literally dozens of ultra high-end cars here. (Rolls Royce, Porsche, Lamborghini, rare Audi's, Maybach, Mazeratti, etc.) I took the one I selected to the dealership and they they looked it over for more than 2 hours and gave it a clean bill of health. The price was great. The service was excellent. I would recommend them (and Greg) to anyone. Thank you very much. What a great team. More

Worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. I chatted with a representative from the dealership who was friendly but not all too incredibly helpful. However she seemed to solely play the role as I chatted with a representative from the dealership who was friendly but not all too incredibly helpful. However she seemed to solely play the role as a mediator so that is absolutely okay. She stated she would give my name to a salesperson who would contact me further. After waiting around I decided to call the dealership's sales department myself. This was the most blatantly rude conversation I've ever had with someone at any dealership. I even asked some of my friend's if they've ever heard of someone from a dealership acting this way quote our conversation and they agreed it was utterly insane. Go figure after I called two different dealerships with much more pleasurable experiences I finally got an email from a representative only asking me this, "Hi this is XXXXX from aucmarietta.com we still have this vehicle when would you like to come in..?". As if the the unprofessionalism wasn't enough on the phone it had to continue into my email. I immediately unsubscribed from all further communications; I will never be visiting this dealership and will share my exact experience with anyone I know that plans on contacting this dealership. There is a plethora of friendlier and more professionally staffed dealerships in the Atlanta area. More

Absolutely amazing Absolutely amazing! Where do I even start? Buying my first car couldn't have been any easier. The staff was so welcoming and sweet, everybody greeted Absolutely amazing! The staff was so welcoming and sweet, everybody greeted me with smiles, held the door open for me, and answered any questions I had. I had initially went to look at a 2010 Mercedes, but when I test drove it, it wasn't exactly what I wanted. (Still a great car).. When Mr. Greg Miles (so helpful) saw that I wasn't 100% happy with the car I test drove, he went and got the owner. The owner (Mr.Ali) was absolutely AMAZING. He pulled up a few other choices in my price range from other dealerships that he owns, and I really liked one of them. He said he could get it shipped all the way from Miami for me if I could come back in a week. I came back a week later and test drove the car and fell in love with it. Long story short Mr Ali and his team went above and beyond to get me my dream car at the age of 19. I drove away in a 2013 Mercedes Benz c250. More
