Atlanta Used Cars Marietta, is probably the most customer friendly and honest company I have seen in the used car business. There sales reps take time to know you and are encouraged by their management to take the time to know their clients rather than trying to push a car on them. I just purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler from them and received a great deal and fair price for my trade in. LACK OF COMMUNICATION! I was really hoping to purchase a Land Rover from this dealership. I contacted them through Autotrader first. Received a generic email, then a text fr I was really hoping to purchase a Land Rover from this dealership. I contacted them through Autotrader first. Received a generic email, then a text from "Dwayne". Called Dwayne, asked if the vehicle was still available. He said it was, so I went online and started the financing application. No response, 2 days later, still no response. Called Dwayne back, was on lunch, would have someone call me. Still no response. The car has been reduced in price 2 times since I contacted them. Obviously, they don't want to sell it. I then went back to their website and filled out the application again. Still, 2 days later, no response. Tried calling the dealership several times. Never get to talk to anyone. I pressed 2 for the financing Dept, 4 times now, and says the mailbox is full. I guess they don't want my business. More

Refuse to help after sale! THE GOOD: Bought a beautiful BMW X5 as described. Hakim was very helpful and easy to deal with over the phone. My dad checked the vehicle out for me since he lives 1 hour from dealership so I was comfortable buying it and having it shipped to me in Texas. THE BAD: AUC failed to provide one document that has cost me over $500 extra dollars in 3- temporary tags (Max 3 temp tags in Texas), 2- state inspections, penalties from the state, and not to mention the countless hours spent at the DMV. I tried many times to contact AUC from my cell phone but answered my work phone on the very first try. They never call back!!! All I need to get the tags is the "Release of Lean" from the previous owner/bank. So now I'm about to park the vehicle (expired temp tags) and seek legal advice. Probably be cheaper at this point to just do their job for them and try to get the release of lean myself. BUYER BEWARE! make sure all documents are in order because after the sale you are on your own. More

Excellent percion in executing results My brother purchased me a 2014 Maxima which I LOVE. The only thing is my door speakers had been disconnected by the previous owner. My brother was told to bring the car back by Hakeem (sorry if misspelled) the original car sales men. The first attempt at bringing it back, the appointment wasn't set, the second attempt there was no mechanic available to do the job. Having never met Hakeem and anxious to get my sounds I was annoyed. And listening to the jokes of his colleagues I was deterred. In short not only did Hakeem get my speakers fixed..he went several extra miles to do so!! Above and beyond while remaining humble, apologetic, and adamant to rectify my issue. For that type of customer service this purchase is money well spent. Thank you for my G_RIDE and making sure my tunes are straight!! Manager Note: I understand sales can be cut throat. However, it's really unappealing as a customer to hear bad mouthing in regard to another salesmen. It's poor sportsmanship and lowers business quality. Just my opinion tho. More

Awesome Experience After a day of over aggressive and slimy sales people we visited Atlanta Used Cars and met Derrick. What an awesome experience. Informative, honest, accommodating, and just an overall nice guy. He allowed us to drive the car back to Alpharetta to our son's work so he could see it and we did not lose the opportunity to have this great car we had been searching for all day. We thought he was kidding but no he really let us just have the car and really get a great feel for the car driving it that far. He also worked with us to make the only 2 things wrong with this car, right. And then the actual buying experience was smooth, fast and painless. I only wish we had started the day at Atlanta Used Cars. Would recommend this dealership and Derrick to everyone that will listen. More
