Long wait for processing paperwork + glaring lack of service I do not recommend this place. I am giving it two (not one) stars though because I achieved my objectives and they were pretty straightforward. Jus I do not recommend this place. Nice guy but offered no flexibility on price. Would have definitely looked around at other places if I had the time. I paid more than I wanted, but to be honest it was a fair price for a vehicle in good condition. I eventually discovered the USB port fuse is not working (on the drive home), but I don't want to drive back to Marietta and deal with them for a replacement. Overall had a poor experience, especially after coming all the way up from Atlanta in rush hour traffic. Finalizing the purchase took a long time. I waited about 10 minutes just to talk to Kelvin when I first arrived, and another hour overall while they dealt with paperwork. I know there are other customers, but it is still annoying when you are trying to close a purchase quickly. Be aware that the dealer fee is $699. I know every dealer has a fee, but that seems steep. If I'm paying that much in overhead, I expect better service. I had to ask for an extra car key (which they gave me). No refreshments were offered, but I got some water when I asked for it. No wifi, but they do have a huge TV playing Disney channel cartoons (wonderful). The car came with no gas. They didn't even remove the stickers (which have really strong adhesive) from the windshield, so I had to buy adhesive removal and do it myself with a razor blade. Finally, after I paid and was about to leave, another car (in their inventory) parked in front of mine, and I had to wait another 5 minutes for them to find the key and move it. They do offer customers a $20 QuikTrip gift card to leave a review on https://www.dealerrater.com. When I said I'd be glad to do so, one of the employees said "let me show you a good way to do it." He then basically told me to write a review here on Google, then copy and paste it into Dealer Rater. And no, you don't get a second $20 QT card for that. More
