Great Sales Rep and Management I live out of state in PA and relied heavily on my rep to make sure that the vehicle I was purchasing was in good shape. To the best of his knowledge I live out of state in PA and relied heavily on my rep to make sure that the vehicle I was purchasing was in good shape. To the best of his knowledge and by just looking it over and taking it on a drive it was. Once it as delivered everything seemed to be in proper working order. I soon realized that the tires kept losing air so I took it in to get it checked out at a local shop. The shop informed me that the tires were actually worn down so much on the inner threads that they were slowly seeping out air. That being said the car would not pass the safety inspection. I called the dealership and after about 1-2 days I was finally put in touch with their general manager Ali Raza who was more than willing to work with me to rectify the issue. He could have easily of just told me to take a hike or just ignored me but Ali was a stand up guy and worked with me to make sure that my experience was not only great during the purchasing phase but also after. Thanks Ali! More

The process was the quickest I have ever bought a car. Everyone in the place was extremely nice. the only thing we didn’t get was the little stuffed car fax Fox ( they know what I mean.) lol. Overall a super experience. Will definitely go back next time More
