Should have read ALL reveiws I purchased my car 10/20/17 and at the moment I drove off the lot I had a GUT feeling that I was going to get the run around from these folks. After h I purchased my car 10/20/17 and at the moment I drove off the lot I had a GUT feeling that I was going to get the run around from these folks. After handing them a HUGE down payment and a trade in I felt like a fool. Totally kept telling myself it will be fine. The car I purchased was beautiful on the website and I couldn't understand why it looked so dull to the point I didn't want anyone to know that it was just purchased. I A week later I had $200.00 buff job done on the car which looked better but not what I like. So a week after that I had to get an $80.00 front end aligment done on the car. So here it is 32 days later and my trade in is yet to be paid off. I have called at least 25 times and of those 25 times I probably got an answer 5 times and got 5 we will call you back and nothing yet. I can get NO information from these people. If you are not a BIG SPENDER... Don't do business here. More

My experience I never thought that a car dealership like this actually exists!! It puts to rest every and all complaints anyone ever has. I know this sounds like I'm exaggeratting, but believe me I'm not..the salesman went above and beyond my expectations. .. there was nothing but honesty and integrity..the vehicle was double and triple checked as we live in ny and drove her back..every question answered professionally and honestly!! Absolutely No Customer Service I’m an out of state buyer that bought a vehicle the first week of October 2017. It has been over a month and the title department hasn’t even sent the I’m an out of state buyer that bought a vehicle the first week of October 2017. It has been over a month and the title department hasn’t even sent the paperwork to the state for title. Can’t get a return call from anyone in sales including sales manager, title department won’t return a call or email. I have paid a $699 dealers fee/ document fee and have yet seen what I’ve paid for. I’m at a stand still with the bank, sheriffs office, and license dept. I guess my next call should be county attorney for theft by deception. More
