My experience I never thought that a car dealership like this actually exists!! It puts to rest every and all complaints anyone ever has. Absolutely No Customer Service I’m an out of state buyer that bought a vehicle the first week of October 2017. It has been over a month and the title department hasn’t even sent the I’m an out of state buyer that bought a vehicle the first week of October 2017. It has been over a month and the title department hasn’t even sent the paperwork to the state for title. Can’t get a return call from anyone in sales including sales manager, title department won’t return a call or email. I have paid a $699 dealers fee/ document fee and have yet seen what I’ve paid for. I’m at a stand still with the bank, sheriffs office, and license dept. I guess my next call should be county attorney for theft by deception. More
