What's to good to be true probably is to good to be true I found a 2015 GX 460 on Cargurus that was listed for $25,999, what was most interesting Cargurus said the deal was unlikely to be true. Hence I calle I found a 2015 GX 460 on Cargurus that was listed for $25,999, what was most interesting Cargurus said the deal was unlikely to be true. Hence I called and spoke with Sean the sales guy about a sliver 2015 Lexus GS 460 listed for $25,999. Sean said, we have one for $38K, but he would check with his GM on the price of the vehicle. Sean confirmed it was a 'Christmas' deal and the $25,999. I then went on to say if that's true I would like to provide a $1000 deposit for the vehicle. Sean mentioned that his GM said "If he's coming tomorrow" it was no need to leave the deposit. I have saved several different cars, but for some reason this was not one of the vehicle saved. Called Thurs morning and asked if we were still on with the appointment at 6:15 pm, I drove from Midtown to Marietta and after 2 hours arrived at the dealership. Upon arriving I meet Sean who indicated the car was out front, however it was a white 2012 GX 460. It was clear to me that it was an accidental price and was immediately changed. Buyer beware. More

Car has evidence of being in an accident even though the carfax was clean. I would be very cautious doing business with this place. I would not recommend this place for your next used car purchase. Terrible Communication/ Service I purchased a vehicle( 2011 Landrover Ranger Rover HSE) in October and I have not received any information to purchase the tag, as of today December 1 I purchased a vehicle( 2011 Landrover Ranger Rover HSE) in October and I have not received any information to purchase the tag, as of today December 13, 2017. My husband and I have had so many issues with the vehicle since purchase, including the vehicle having a minimal amount of oil after being asked if the truck was serviced before purchasing. We droved from Atlanta to Mississippi without knowing it was as low. The same day as we drove the vehicle home it developed a ticking sound and was taking to the dealership. This company was contacted and we informed them of the oil and was told we would be reimbursed for the cost. That was good news being that it was their fault. However, they also said they would pay for the extra labor cost that wasn't covered under the warranty. My husband and I was elated because they were showing remorse for our hardship. But that was just a lie to get my husband to change his review( we have not received anything- as they promise via FEDX). We didn't ask or need the money, but as an adult and a place of business, your word is your bond. The idea of getting the run around on a tag is drawing the line and I am ready to take further actions on this matter. I would not recommend anyone to do business at such a place unless you have scheduled a service for the car the same day of purchase in ATL and can leave with your tag information in your hands. But what is so puzzling - why can't the tag and title department figure out what has gone wrong with the submission of the paperwork for a tag? Overall, the workers seemed sincere in their job to please the customers- but we got the impression that the owner could care less about satisfying the customers. I say this due to driving from MISSISSIPPI to Atlanta and only get a ten dollar gas card for a vehicle that had only 8 miles of gas in the car. More
