After they have your $$$ Good luck if you've been swindled!! I recently purchased a vehicle from the name dealership online. I met all the required conditions, financed and paid for the vehicle. I was told by the seller and dealership... text message saved, that they stand behind their products and that the vehicle being sold online had no problems and pass all required used car inspections to be in good working order. I reside in a different state and search online some time prior to buying. I read reviews which were satisfactory until I later found some concerning remarks after the transaction but prior to delivery. I was not able to inspect the vehicle, test drive or given a reason satisfaction guarantee after reception. I did not receive items as described but was informed they would be delivered but they have not til this date. I've reached out dozens of times prior to contacting the BBB to the dealership for resolution without any return calls or messages from them. So I'm at two turning points. Contact the BBB and then my Congress person for some sort of resolution. My issue lays here, if a buyer purchases a vehicle online, they should be afforded some conditions of a satisfactory purchase of at least 30 days... I wasn't even given one, the very next day after receiving the vehicle... I noted minor vehicle body damage, not disclosed and other prior requests paid for not delivered, to be later disclosed if necessary. The very next day, within 24 hours after delivery, the vehicle power steering malfunctions within approx. 20 mins after vehicle is driven rendering the vehicle unsafe for operation. The repair is what i've tried to resolve however, my seller at Atlanta Autos, Dwayne Howell, whom quickly acceptable my bank draft and even made me wait until it cleared before arranging delivery has yet to return any of my communications via text, calls or even email. The business Manager, Greg Miles the same. I've call and asked to speak to many at the dealership with no avail. I paid 2,343.94 in excess, no response. THE DOOR KEY EVEN HAS BEEN CHANGED! IT DOESN'T UNLOCK THE DOORS OR TRUNK! TO THINK I SERVED OUR COUNTRY 24 YEARS FOR THIS! More

Had to put gas in the car before I even made it home. Never received a follow up call or anything regarding my experience after the sale. Drove the car for not even 2 weeks (about 150 miles) and the oil change light came on. Thought that would have been taken care of when the car was inspected, but no problem, simple enough fix. So I take it in to be serviced without mentioning a word to Atlanta Autos. My issue comes when I am informed that the car needs $300 worth of maintenance that according to the certified service center I took it to could not have been overlooked. I paid the bill and got the car fixed, but feeling a bit duped I called Kelvin to see if this was typical practice of Atlanta Autos or if maybe this was an over site and they would want to make it right. He told me in no uncertain terms that he would run it up the ladder and he would get it taken care of and get back to me. I never heard a single word back.I Later left a message for Abdul Oke whom also didn't think enough of it to even call me back. It would have been one thing if they were just unwilling to right the wrong, but to not even return any of my calls is another. It has been made blatantly clear to me that Atlanta Autos and the staff could not care less about their customers once they get your money. BUYER BEWARE More
