After the sale, I was informed that additional gas card was offered if you did a review. And being very pleased with my experience at the time I was happy to accommodate. However, as I drove my 2009 Mercedes Benz home, I heard a loud noise from the rear tires, I immediately returned to the dealer and had informed Kelvin, who then reached out to the mechanic. They again were very friendly, and informed me that they would replace the wheel bearings in the vehicle. I left that day without the car, over the course of a few days I called and they would always give me one date I could pick up but, then it was never correct. 8 days later my car finally ready to pick up. As I made it to the dealer, I met with Kelvin who had informed me the Friday before that they would fill my car up. I also had two gas cards from the day of purchase. After getting my car and all the trouble I went through, the car was only filled to the 3/4 mark and both gas cards were missing. So much for the perfect score. Overall, they had no control of the parts taking so long, however, I was a little frustrated with the end results. Especially the missing gas cards. More

Great Selection; Good Buying Experience; but I initially left a good review after buying my car because their customer service up to that point was great. I wish I could keep my review at 5 stars, but for reasons described below, this is no longer possible. My sales person, Jon Bush, and finance guy, Greg Miles, did superb jobs and I would not mind working with them again. Jon was very easy to contact, via text or phone, and made sure that my car was repaired (it had a messed up center console arm rest) quickly before I took it off the lot. I didn't have too much interaction with Greg, though he was very thorough in explaining all the paperwork to me. Things started to fall apart after my car was purchased. After a month, everything was fine, but I still hadn't received my license plate. I financed the car so only Atlanta Auto's could take care of this for me. My attempts to call the dealer almost always ended with no response The Tag/Title office at Atlanta Autos, while understandably busy, would never return my calls. Not only that, but their mailbox was either always full, or never setup (there must be two phones with two voicemails...). The few times I did get through to them, they would (for the most part) leave me with a non answer, only providing me reassurance at the very last minute that I would receive a new temporary tag. While I am happy that they were able to provide me with the temporary tags, the stress this left me with, on top of my daily work life, is not something any car dealer should put upon their customers. They should do their due diligence to make sure their customers are taken care of until ALL action items required of them are completed 100%. I will give them credit where credit is due, they did manage to provide me with a new temporary tag, 3 times (I received 4 temporary tags in total), keeping my car road legal. Though each time I had to go through the usual hoops described above. Upon receiving my 3rd temporary tag, I was informed that the dealership never received a signed copy of the title from the original owner. While I understand mistakes happen, it should not have taken them 3 months to inform me of this failure. Perhaps this was a fluke, as they did make sure to inform me that the Tag/Title office recently went through a pretty big transition and things were still a little bumpy becasue of this. Anyway, another month goes by and my 3rd temporary tag is about to expire, and I am having the same difficulty contacting the tag and title office. Contacting any other department results in the basic response that only the tag/title office can hep me with my inquiry. Understandable, but you are a business and should take whatever effort required to make sure your customers are taken care of. Telling me to contact the seemingly non existant Tag/Title office does me no good if I cannot contact them. So I went through the normal frustrations, calling time and time again, finally making it through to someone to learn I will be called back, then not getting called back and having to go through the same frustration again until I finally reach someone. They finally tell me that they have the title, and I should receive a new temporary tag, with my permanent tag a few days later (FINALLY!). Anyway, I don't know if I can even accurately describe my frustration, I am just glad that it is now finally over. After 4.5 months. I bought my car in early November, I finally received my tag 4.5 months later in mid March. I imagine most people who buy cars from Atlanta Autos have a generally overall good experience. Just be warned, that should you encounter any issues with your purchase, you may have a hard time getting any quick resolution depending on who you have to deal with. I do like my car, and I did have a good initial buying experience. More

No matter their hoo-ha about "appointments" and their language about how eager they are to be of service, they don't hold the car you're coming from 45 minutes away to see; they don't even hold the car long enough for you to arrive an hour early for your "appointment." They sell it to whoever gets behind the wheel first. Just show up and push your way the car that interests you. If it's still there, unsold, lucky you. My husband was too insulted to stay to look at anything else, feeling the whole enterprise untrustworthy. More
