Beware, they sell problem cars We bought a VW Touareg from this dealer in October 2017, and they still haven’t send the information we need to transfer the tag. We have been driving the car with the dealership temporary tag for over 3 months and they told us it’s because they are behind and understaffed. Our sales person Dwayne Howell was awesome when we wanted to buy the car, but after we got the car and started reporting all the issues we were encountering with car, he never returned our calls or even tried to help. We have spent over $500 and just got an estimate for over $1000 to fix some of the issues we are currently having with this car. We left messages, complained for over 3 months before we finally were able to get a hold of a sales manager Travis who asked us to send him the information. He seemed sympathetic and sounded like we wanted to help. But now, we can’t seem to be able to get a hold of him either, so we have no other option but to talk to an attorney, which we are In the process of doing so now. WARNING! If you are looking to throw away your money, by all means go to this place. But if you are honest hard working folks like us, looking to buy a decent car. I wouldn’t wish our experience on our worst enemy. Our experience has been an absolute nightmare. I was so happy to own a luxurious car for the first time in my life, and Atlantaautos has made this experience one of my worse nightmares. For a $25,000.00 car, I had hoped to drive it for a year or at least 6 months before I will have any issues. But we live out of state and a couple of hours after buying the car on my husbands way home, the check engine light, EPC, washer fluid and coolant lights came on. The tire went flat and when he took it to Walmart, they told him all of the tires were over pressured. When we called them about the lights and tire, they told us just have it fixed and we will refund the money which we have yet to receive a penny from them. I stop driving the car because it shakes vigorously while on the highway to work and we had to pay to replace the coil, but we were told that someone had messed with the cylinders and that is causing another issue. I mean, every day they tell us something new that is wrong with this car. Meanwhile, I am unable to drive the car, but I still have to make my monthly payment on a car I can’t use. My husband does Lyft and since I have to use his car to go to work, he is losing money which we need to pay our bills. I took off half a day to go change my tag cause I was told they had completed everything they needed to do, but I wasted hours of not working just to find out they lied to me again. This is just too much. We don’t have money that this dealer has, but we are ready to fight for our right with this dealer because this is just not right how they take advantage of people. If you still decide to buy from them even after reading my review, please be careful and we really wish you all good luck, because this place is horrible. More

Out of town(er) and enjoyed the service. Worth the trip I got a Mercedes-Benz from this dealership coming from out of town. I first spoke with Z who was phenomenal from the start. I had been in search of a used Tundra and spent the better part of 2 weeks driving all over metro Atlanta in my quest for the the ideal used Tundra for myself. Most of the dealerships I visited prior to coming to Atlanta Auto were pretty unremarkable to say the least. I met john Hubbard early Saturday morning when showed up( he actually came out and met me in the parking lot 30 secs after I got out of my car) The take away here is to remember that most dealerships are a pain in the neck and unprofesional, but Atlanta Auto is setting a whole new standard in the industry. John hooked me up with a 2012 Toyota Tundra with 51k miles at a price that was much lower than any place in metro Atlanta. Check them out if you are in the market for a quality new or used vehicle, ask for John Hubbard, my man has got covered. More

Purchase with caution - be aware of vehicle condition Gave dealer the benefit of the doubt as they indicated they were sincerely concerned that they had sold us a vehicle in presumably good condition whic Gave dealer the benefit of the doubt as they indicated they were sincerely concerned that they had sold us a vehicle in presumably good condition which, it turns out, wasn't. First issue was that the salesperson made promises during the sale that management did not support - therefore, if you don't get it in writing at the time of the sale, it won't happen. After returning the car to Atlanta Autos for those promises, leaving it there for two days, we picked it up only to be disappointed. Two days later the alternator fails. A day and $813 dollars later we get the car back. 36 hours later the 'check engine' light comes on. Code is read, it is a failed catalytic convertor. $2200 and a week later, we get the car back - oh, there was a failed $560 motor mount too! A week later, after finally having the vehicle for more than two days, we are driving in the rain, and water starts dripping from the headliner. During all this we are in touch with Atlanta Autos and they are indicating they are sorry for the problems and would like to work with us to reach a satisfactory resolution. We are very agreeable and appreciative. Atlanta Autos has since advised that they do not feel compelled to do anything. We have yet to resolve the water leak, probably a windshield seal or a sunroof issue. We'll resolve it. Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Atlanta Autos. Be prepared for the vehicle to look much better than it is mechanically. The dealership is impressive with all the exotic cars. The vehicle we purchased looked great, test drove great, and spent 11 of the first 14 days of ownership in the shop getting around $3,500 in repairs. It currently has a water leak. Certainly not what we expected when we purchased a vehicle. Especially when the dealer indicated they were concerned about the issues only to later indicate otherwise. Unfortunate. More
