I did that and still gets there no appointment set,my car have been in the shop almost 2 months now and I still have no tag. This place is a rip off I paid almost $6000 down for a Mercedes and thought I would get treated better than this. Dewayne also have an assistant which is no better they both will give different stories.Im so upset right now I’m just going to get a lawyer and forget talking to them. I have called several times trying to speak with a manager they are always in a meeting .My friend invited me to them cause she didn’t have problems with her Maserati . This place is a hit or miss I guess. When people go luxury they expect better, I REPEAT NEVER GO HERE, NEVER GO HERE !!!! More

Beware of their Title Dept I bought a Mercedes from Atlanta Autos in January 2018. I went to my local DMV in February 2018 to register the vehicle/get my license plate. The I bought a Mercedes from Atlanta Autos in January 2018. I went to my local DMV in February 2018 to register the vehicle/get my license plate. They denied my application because Atlanta Autos did not send the title information to them. By law, Atlanta Autos is required to send the title information within 30 days, the DMV said. Currently, I can not legally drive my vehicle as the DMV will not issue me a license plate. For the past week, I've been calling Atlanta Autos trying to get them to send the title information. Atlanta Auto keeps telling me someone from their title dept will call me back but they never do. This seems very shady. They have good prices but beware. You may end up like me and not be able to legally drive the car that you own. More

Stay away at all cost! I get it the cars look appealing, but the minute you drive onto the lot you get a bad feeling. Listen to your gut and me! Purchased a 5 year old Range Rover over the summer with 67,000 miles. When the headlight needed to be replaced and tires didn't match, I was stupid and didn't leave. Yup bought it after making repair agreements , haha. So here we go, 4 days after purchase the vehicle goes into limp mode. Engine restriction mode means car can't run and has to be towed. First $300 down the drain on a new coil pack. Drive away from shop and back in limp mode. Dealership won't return calls and vehicle can't be driven. First week and cannot drive it! Car towed a second time! Now we trouble shoot and replace all spark plugs, filters, etc. Down another $400. Oh and dealership won't talk to us, put on hold, treated like crap. Month later still not running, hahaha car goes to 3rd shop. Engine diagnosis? Engine is blown! Purchased it that way obviously. $3000 later , my half of cost, which was $6000! Head home and bam! Guess what ? Fuel injector goes. $700 and a tow. Next week, the headlight Atlanta Autos said they replaced? Blows out, cost? $200! Not done yet, transmission is now slipping. Meanwhile, dealership doesn't care cause they knew about it and got their money. It gets better, car we traded in to Atlanta Autos was never paid off by them and the loan company was going to send my loan to collection! Also the dealership would not get the tag for the car I purchased. 6 months pass and transmission is not looking good and other issues, door lock $170, tire sensor $200! What a piece of junk! Anyway don't buy here! Treated like garbage, told nothing I could do, and put on pay no mind list for months. Carmax stepped up, after I took a $5000 loss of course, and sent to auction. Now back into the best cars ever made, a Lexus. By the way, Range Rover is for sale in Alpharetta, don't buy one up there you may get ours with slipping transmission cause the next xxxxxxx used dealer didn't fix it. I warned you, stay away from 1001 Cobb Pkwy, I warned you. More

Horrible Customer Service My husband and I purchased a vehicle 2 months ago from here. We paid extra to have our title/tag taken care of by them...HUGE MISTAKE. Temporary tags My husband and I purchased a vehicle 2 months ago from here. We paid extra to have our title/tag taken care of by them...HUGE MISTAKE. Temporary tags expire tomorrow and NOTHING. My husband and my dad have both tried too many times to count and have been HUNG UP ON (yes, you read that correctly), sent directly to many voicemails, emails have not been responded to, text messages ignored, so many lies have been told. We are LIVID! Legal steps will be taken if this continues and our money that is also owed to us as reimbursement isn't mailed to us soon. More
