No title or registration. Do not buy a car from them unless they give you the title that day. I have been waiting on them to process my registration and title forever. Horrible, no tag, 3 months since purchase It took them 1.5 months to pay off my trade, and its been 3 months since I purchased my car and have not yet received the tag. Buyer Beware!! We bought a 2016 Camero 2ss from this dealership back on January 3rd 2018. My husband flew in from Kansas City Mo, Dewayne picked him up from the airp We bought a 2016 Camero 2ss from this dealership back on January 3rd 2018. My husband flew in from Kansas City Mo, Dewayne picked him up from the airport & took him to dealership. Dewayne was very helpful at first but when we started having issues or asking questions about the second key fob quickly wasn't so helpful. Once the price was finally negotiated (they kept trying to add on fees after final price) they told my husband that didn't have the title on hand. Our bank here requires a title to do the financing, they told him he could finance through one of their places & by the time the first payment would be due we'd have the title & could refinance through our own banks here in Missouri. The interest rate through CapitalOne was awful but to get the car home (he had a 13hr drive) we had to do what we had to. They also told us that other key fob to the car was with the title. We started calling the dealership a couple weeks before the temporary tag was to run out which was February 16th, 2018. We called Dewayne to start who then informed us to call the titling office, who then gave us the run around about the title & weren't sure why we hadn't received it here at our DMV in Liberty MO. We called again March 12th & were assured they were going to expedite the paperwork with all penalties & would have it by Thursday the 15th if not by the latest Friday the 16th. My husband went to the DMV on Tuesday the 20th, waited 45 min in line to be told they had none of the paperwork. By this time now I'm making payments on a car we can't legally drive because we can't register it without a title. I'm also making $647 payments on a car that I could be be making $490 payments on through my own bank. We have called so much they now do not answer our calls or when someone does answer as soon as they realize its us they suspiciously get "disconnected". It is now March 5th & we still to this date have no title, can NOT drive the car & the dealership has NOT helped us in the least bit. Please be leary of this dealership. Look at all the reviews, not just the ones they post on their web page. I will be making a formal complaint about them to the BBB. More
