On July 27th, it sat in the shop for over a week to be repaired before we could drive again. We had trouble with the vehicle as we arrived home from our trip of 2.5 hours. Our problems started with the two front 12volt outlets not working due to a blown fuse, a clogged AC drain that flooded the front driver/passenger floorboard, a ripped CV boot on the front passenger side, brake pad wires that were cut so the sensor would not appear, all brake pads completely worn to the point the rotors were damaged. Replaced the CV axle, and all brake pads/rotors (I would share pictures if I could attach to this rating). The car was also in need of an oil change. Total bill was $1700. I've been in touch many times with Dwayne and Travis Nelson over the past two months. Neither would give me an answer on how they could help with the issues we incurred. I explained how the service department failed to service the car. I am only seeking assistance for some of the bill. Travis finally called and said his boss would not help me with the cost of the repairs. This is terrible customer service. I shouldn't put all this on Dwayne, because I was told Travis would help. Now, it's not just on Dwayne and Travis, but everyone can see that Atlanta Autos DOESN'T care about their customers and their motto SHOULD say expect disappointment especially if the service dept doesn't do their job and your stuck with a vehicle with major repairs. I should have known after it took 6 hours (even with a credit score well over 800) to buy the car and they send me home with a tank below empty. They gave me a $10 gift card. Wow:) Do yourself a favor and STAY CLEAR! The next time I travel to Atlanta, I'll make sure to stop by and personally tell them thanks for nothing and hand deliver the brake pads along with the wires that were cut. More

We were given ample time to browse the inventory without feeling like we were being monitored by Sales. When we were ready to test drive, Jon Bush was courteous, efficient, honest and personable. We quickly decided that we would be purchasing the car that day. Jon made the entire negotiation process extremely easy, and there was no offer he was not willing to present to management on our behalf. Once a price had been agreed upon, Jon was proficient in gathering all of the required documentation together for signature, Once all of the documents were ready for signature, we were quickly moved to the finance office for signature. All in all, I would guess the entire process took no more than three hours. I had a few mechanical issues with my car once the purchase was complete. Even though they were under no obligation to do so, Atlanta Autos made repairs on my car at no charge to me, and they provided me with a loaner while mine was under repair. They stand behind the product they sell you - there is no buyer beware here. I live in Forsyth, Georgia, which is almost two hours South of Marietta. However, if when I am in the market for a car in the future, I will make the drive to Atlanta Autos. They are a trustworthy group, and probably the ONLY dealership that I actually believe will do right by their customers. More

Salesman was very attentive prior to the sale and during the inspection of the car pointed out several issues and got the " Oh I'll take care of that" needles to say it's a month now and I'm still waiting. Did a seat repair that looked like it was done by just anyone and after seeing it I asked for a manager to look at it and asked "would you put this on your lot looking like this". I have gone to the dealership 3 times about these issues and not once have they offered me a courtesy ride so I end up taking UBER at my expense. This is getting crazy. Please don't buy from them unless it's like you want it when you purchase. The salesman called, text and emailed prior to the sale now won't reply to any of them with numerous times of reaching out. More
