Do not try to buy if you're not face to face I've been playing phone tag for about 2 weeks. I've been lied to multiple times just to try to make a sale. I finally got through to the salesman I ha I've been playing phone tag for about 2 weeks. I've been lied to multiple times just to try to make a sale. I finally got through to the salesman I had been trying to reach and told him I'd like to make a deal on the car. They ran the credit app and got it approved. Told them to over night the deal to me so I could sign the paperwork and then bring it down to get the car. I called a few hours later to asked if they had mailed it out and they told me another customer was trying to buy that car as we were speaking. So the put a hard inquiry on my credit for nothing. Horrible experience from the get go. Definitely would not recommend. More

Buyer Beware Soloman was great, but when I got home the car was missing a cigarette lighter, The Owners Manuals, and The SD Memory Card for the Navigation Unit. I notified Solomon, who indicated the items were in the car when it was sent for touch ups, so he would check. He got back to me and said I would have to speak with Kai Tyler, the Sales Manager. I texted Kai, three days ago and have yet to get any response, as in total silence. I believe Atlanta Autos should be responsible since I bought the car, left it in their care for some finishing touches and then items that were originally there disappeared, or were stolen while the car was in their possession. My wife and I trusted these guys to keep their word and they took advantage of us and now will not even respond. Disgusting!! More

Horrible service (Finance Manager) Recently, I purchased a vehicle from Atlanta Autos and I have mixed reviews on my experience there. The salesperson (Habib Khan) who handle my busines Recently, I purchased a vehicle from Atlanta Autos and I have mixed reviews on my experience there. The salesperson (Habib Khan) who handle my business did an excellent job of making sure I received all the information (such as warranty, features, & etc) about a specific vehicle I was interested in. So throughout the process I was very comfortable with how things were going until I had to meet with the finance manager (Ronald Muckle). My father was paying 75% cash and financing a small percentage through his bank for the vehicle. So while we were in his office, Mr. Muckle was pressuring my father a lot about some insurance package, which my father turned down because he already had the insurance he felt was suitable for the vehicle. Unfortunately, Mr. Muckle did not fall back, he kept pressing the issue. He then stated the vehicle did not have a warranty when we were told by the salesperson that it did have a powertrain warranty. When I told him that the salesperson stated there was a powertrain warranty on the vehicle, Mr. Muckle called Mr. Khan is the office and basically chastised and bullied him for saying there was a warranty on the vehicle. He personally felt like Mr. Muckle was unprofessional and was very devious when handling our business. We were willing to take our business elsewhere until Mr. Khan reassured us that the matter would be corrected and we would received better service. More
